Scary. The compound Pharmacist tried to give me a cream antibiotic for the skin instead prescription eye drops for my eye. My prescription was specifically for eye drops by my PCP. Furthermore, how could I put a cream in my infected eye. When I questioned the pharmacist, he apologized for the mistake. Warning- before paying cash/card look and read medication instructions. Never returning there.

would not recommend First the hours are incorrect and they are NOT open on the weekend Second the people who answer the phone a SO RUDE Dont rely on getting s script here, you will die without your meds

I was on Wegovy and was doing good but it has been backordered since August 2023. I purchased a groupon for BMIMD for the compounded semeglutide processed at Precision Pharmacy. I received it in the mail when I was told it would arrive. I have not taken it yet becuse I want to make sure it is sterile and processed under sterile conditions and there is no salt products in it. I will be calling the pharmacy and hopefully I will have a better experience than most of the reviewers.

If I could give them negative 10 stars I would. I have been trying to get my prescription since 12/8/2023 (today is 12/21). Each time I call it is long wait times with the same unprofessional and rude guy that answers (with laughing and joking in the background). My prescription shipping/tracking states label created and then shipment canceled. Trying to find out why and just keep getting transferred to their so-called shipping department where it just rings and rings. I have now contacted my provider and let them know the situation - waiting to hear back. If this is the pharmacy my provider wishes to keep using then I will be changing providers. RIDICULOUS. Literally feels like 3rd world country healthcare these days and don't get me started on customer service.

Do not trust this company! My elderly mother was receiving mail order prescriptions and over the counter medicine. It was written as a 30 day delivery. They sent prescriptions and OTC FOR THREE MONTHS of use! My 97 year old mother passed and I found out about this when I picked up her unused meds. I was shocked to see so much OVERSTOCK. Also, they charge A LOT more than CVS, Amazon, Walmart, etc. Needless to say, they don't care and talked circles around me with B.S. excuses. I requested a call back from a manager, didn't get one. So, how did person in the other review get to talk to an "owner"? I'm sure that is a B.S. review. In conclusion, they take advantage of the people who depend on others and know it. In my opinion they know how to scam people and are successful. This is a shameful crime. I am also reporting them to the state.

Had dog medicine converted into a liquid. My dog would fight me to take a pill now he loves the new tasting medicine. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service, fast service, and answered all of my questions. The best pharmacy for people and dogs. They even delivered.

Ever since I moved I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences from this pharmacy. To start, my current doctor who sends prescriptions in here only knows my current address. I called this place to confirm my current address once it changed. I got the package sent to my old address which thankfully was in the same city otherwise that would’ve been a major issue. I called them and told them to delete my old address they said “ I did”, and we confirmed my current address. I got sent the package to the right address the next time. This past time I got it sent to the wrong address again! I wasn’t even aware the package had shipped but thankfully received a text from the current tenant telling me about it. No one ever tells you their name at this place so you can’t ever point to who specifically you’re talking to that’s made an error but honestly everyone there is horrible. I’m pretty sure I spoke to the same guy twice having him verify each time my old address was being deleted only to clearly have that not be the case.In addition to that issue, my doctor accidentally sent in another medication that I usually get elsewhere and I was charged overnight without any approval on my side despite it being a new medication. I called and the rudest employee there (whose name I also of course don’t know) answered the phone. She said “hello” in the snarkiest tone you could possibly imagine because I guess I’m inconveniencing her by having her actually do her job. I asked about the additional charge to my card and explained the situation and she told me a label was already made so there was nothing to be done. We all know labels can be thrown out and a new one can be made right? After having to argue and explain again why it seems like an easy fix especially since they didn’t do any type of verification with the new medication, I finally got transferred over to another woman who got everything sorted. I still haven’t gotten a refund for the medication I told them I didn’t want. Hopefully they didn’t send that anyways even after telling me they took it out of the order. I just don’t understand how a company used by so many providers can screw up so badly all the time and continues to act like it’s the patients fault. It’s really sad to see. I will say at my old address I never had any issues directly from them aside from people who sounded miserable whenever you called in for refills. I will be switching to a local compounding pharmacy now though because I’m tired of the stress that’s being put on me from dealing with their mistakes with prescriptions that shouldn’t be messed around with.

Have successfully been using this pharmacy once a month all year. They get my medication mailed out 2nd day air on time, and send me the tracking information. They sent my medicine faster, with an ice pack, during the hotter months. Truly appreciate the quality service and products.

This pharmacy took a week to "process" my Rx - I'm an existing customer. Then sent to wrong address after charging me for delivery. I called when shipping text was received, but the employee kept repeating....but I made the label. She just couldn't solve the problem, or provide accurate information. First, it was being.delivered; then shipped Fed Ex; then they couldn't deliver to the address they had delivered to for the past year. Wish I could say it was the only time, but there has been a problem every single time.

Seriously, who does business this way? They were supposed to call me and let me know when my prescription was ready. They never called and I ended up having to call them just for them to tell me they don’t compound my particular medication there. How is that even possible when my doctor works with specific pharmacies to compound certain medications? Makes no sense and it’s also not a professional to go about running a business.

Horrible and totally dysfunctional company. Took two weeks to fill my prescription and every representative gave me different information regarding its status. They then filled the script twice without knowing. When I called this to their attention they threatened to charge me twice. I would never trust this company ever again.

I have come here off and on some years to get a prescription that needed to be blended. It's not close to my house, so traveling here is not the pharmacy down the street. They have what I can't get at many other places. Suffice to say, I feel stuck whether I like them or not. The new location seems nicer inside. However, they have a driveway that is right next to the entrance which makes one think there is a parking lot in the back. There isn't. Just a car parked, some dumpsters, picnic tables etc. There is no outlet and so you have to do the broken u turn to get out. All the while, now, while someone from the business comes outside and simply stares at me. GET SINAGE! IM SURE MANY FIRST TIMERS DO THIS". I finally am able to park in the Ace Hardware parking lot, come in for my prescription which was supposed to be ready, and they say "it's in the lab". What does that mean? I got a message saying it was ready. The second guy says "one moment" and goes in the back. After waiting 5 - 10 minutes with no return, I asked another person, Tom, who checked and came back to tell me it would be ready tomorrow. Waste of my time and gas. They said they will mail it "tomorrow" for another $9.50. I certainly am not paying again. Their system is terrible, customer service lacking and the time it takes to mix cream now makes no sense. It has been a week since it was ordered. They were ambivalent to that fact, but insisted they never told me it was ready. I asked them if they would waive the shipping fee when it was ready. No guarantee I was told.

All the one-star reviews for this place are accurate and far too generous. I can’t understand how an entire team of people can be so inept. I mean it is truly astounding! After several weeks of numerous calls from my provider and even more from myself, I was still sent the wrong medication. Really looking forward to that automated reply about looking into this issue! We both know you won’t do a thing and will continue to screw around with other customers. What an absolute joke.

Sadly, I have been struggling with this pharmacy on a monthly basis. I have been insulted and disrespected in so many ways, too many to publicly post. Most recently I was told by the pharmacist Christopher that he would be happy if I took my business someplace else. He has on more than one occasion actually hung up the phone on me! When I brought this matter to the attention of the manager, Rich, I was informed he would listen to our recordings and promptly call me back with the solution. Still waiting... It’s really sad because Christian was awesome and so helpful in the beginning of my HRT journey. His level of professionalism and customer service is clearly not reflected by his staff in the compounding department. I am disgusted with this pharmacy, and I would definitely recommend you seek alternative care if you wish to actually be cared for.

My boss has a prescription that every month I fill with Precision Compounding. Today I called to inform precision that the bottle in which is used for the cream that was prescribed is not functioning. A young man on the phone expressed to me that first of all, I am not to be calling regarding a prescription that is not under my name; even though this is probably the 8th time I call and I'm only asking for a solution to open the bottle. Second, that the particular prescription was filled on July 13 2023 and that the only thing that precision can do is refill my bosses new prescription, or that they can send another cap for the bottle but my boss would have to pay for that (fyi today is Aug 21 2023 and medication in the bottle expires at the end of this year). The young man also informed me that nothing can be done about the current prescription/bottle that is 90% filled but the bottle does not function because of manufacturing malfunction. We just wanted a way to open it that was all. When I asked for the persons name he told me that he would prefer to not give his name and he hung up on me. When I tried to call back no one answered the phone. I've called before and have spoken to a few competent people but this time...I knew he just wanted me off the phone and he definitely accomplished that. There are ways of training people to speak and explain situations to others. I hope that Precision Compounding makes that investment so that these situations do not occur.
