I came in to complete an online return and was missing one of my receipts. Taleah was incredibly helpful and patiently showed me how to locate the receipt barcode through the Children's Place app, making the return process smooth and stress-free.
In addition, she took the time to help me find the sizes I needed in the store, which saved me from having to place another online order. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded my expectations.

“What I like about this Gap in Plainview, is that I can find nice colors to match. Before and most recently, I happened in there after seeing nice window displays. I ended up on two different occasions buying sweat suits. The first one is a purple blend with a hood. This most recent visit, I got a shirt, sweatshirt and sweatpants in a brick red orange color. Kinda of nice as many sport type places sell the standard gray, black... colors. They did of course sign me up for Gap points for future coupons and discounts. Even with their so said discount sales and coming out with 3 pieces at 75 plus tax, rounding off to 25.00 or so for each piece to make a set. It is not a store I frequent, but I do like stopping in from time to time.”
“Carter’s in Levittown is one of the best places to shop for kids’ clothing. They have a huge selection of adorable outfits, pajamas, shoes, and everyday essentials, and the quality has always been excellent. The clothes hold up well after countless washes, which every parent quickly learns is less of a preference and more of a survival requirement.
The store is clean, well organized, and easy to browse, making it simple to find sizes and seasonal items. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and happy to help without being pushy.
The sales are another big reason I keep coming back. Between the in-store promotions, rewards program, and clearance section, it’s easy to find great deals while still getting quality clothing that lasts.

“Stopped by H&M at Roosevelt Field Mall, and honestly, this location was a very solid experience overall.
The store is clean, bright, and well-organized, which makes a huge difference when browsing. Sections are clearly laid out, sizes are easier to find than at many other H&M locations, and the overall flow of the store actually makes shopping enjoyable rather than overwhelming. You don’t feel like you’re digging through chaos to find something decent.
Selection-wise, this H&M is well stocked with a good mix of basics, seasonal pieces, and trendier items. Quality is what you’d expect from H&M — some pieces are better than others — but if you take a moment to browse, you can definitely find items that feel worth the price.
What stood out most was that the store felt properly managed. Staff were visible, helpful when needed, and the checkout process was smooth without unnecessary delays. Compared to some other large retailers in the same mall, this location feels more put together and customer-focused.
Overall, a good H&M experience and one of the better locations I’ve visited. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re shopping at Roosevelt Field Mall and want affordable, stylish pieces without the frustration that sometimes comes with fast-fashion stores. Would come back again.”
