The pharmacy does NOT open at 8am. I was there at 815am this morning and it was closed. Then they all take lunch at the same time. It's just always closed. I'm done with corporate cvs. Done.

The workers are very helpful! And helped save me money at checkout! The store is also very clean and organized.

This review in no way reflects the employees or service . I can say all the employees i interact with are friendly and helpful . However , the store is poorly stocked , as a rule and the carpet is filthy . Sadly , i have found this in some of the other local CVS stores . I go there out of convenience. Today i actually had to leave because they had no 1 year old birthday cards. They had very few children's birthday cards. They did not have either of the hair products i was looking for either. I plan on following up with a letter to the company as well.

This is absolutely about the pharmacy. The rest of the store is just fine, nice helpful people, always. The pharmacy is an unorganized mess. Pitiful, and with an attitude from one person who was seemingly in charge. (The rest of the pharmacy staff are nice.) I don't know who this short person was with the short dark brown hair, but boy, was she nasty. Absolute narcissist, nothing she did was wrong. I couldn't tell if she was the pharmacist or not. She was just downright rude. I've been coming here for 20 years and I've never seen the pharmacist, or whoever she was, come down and start yelling at the customers, but she did. I don't have room to express how rude and obnoxious she was to a paying customer, but she was absolutely unprofessional, dismissive, invalidating for over $150 worth of medication that they screwed up for the 4th time on the same order. She had previously butted in to every single conversation while people waited on a VERY long line as the rest of the staff tried to figure out what was going on. NIGHTMARE conditions. I will say this pharmacy was much better many years ago but it was never great. It's a very busy store and should have a much larger pharmacy, period. What to do? Go to the Merrick Road, Merrick CVS--much better treatment and they get orders right, have more staff and more meds in stock and they pay attention. Or go to Rite-Aid, Walgreen's, etc.--anywhere but this CVS. I'm done.

Booked a flu shot and COVID booster here via online and wasn’t told until after receiving my shot that the flu shot will not be covered under my insurance.This is something I should have been told prior to receiving the shot or else I would have just made an appointment with my doctors. Seems very unprofessional on their part.

Went to CVS in Bellmore yesterday evening the girl behind the register couldn’t take her hands off her cell phone. So insanely rude. I don’t know she has a job.

I have been wating for a prescription from my Dr office since August 30th. It is now September 13 and they still don't have it. The phones are never answered, I had my Dr send a new prescription to Walgreens and had it within an hour. Cvs is the worst, horrible service.
