Booked a flu shot and COVID booster here via online and wasn’t told until after receiving my shot that the flu shot will not be covered under my insurance.This is something I should have been told prior to receiving the shot or else I would have just made an appointment with my doctors. Seems very unprofessional on their part.

Went to CVS in Bellmore yesterday evening the girl behind the register couldn’t take her hands off her cell phone. So insanely rude. I don’t know she has a job.

I have been wating for a prescription from my Dr office since August 30th. It is now September 13 and they still don't have it. The phones are never answered, I had my Dr send a new prescription to Walgreens and had it within an hour. Cvs is the worst, horrible service.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible! They are constantly making mistakes and they don’t seem to care. This entire store has been going steadily downhill for years now. The store is dirty and the shelves are empty and the pharmacy department is just plain incompetent. I urge corporate CVS to make the necessary changes at this location. This is my second complaint about this store and if it doesn’t get better fast than I will have no choice but to use another pharmacy. I would have given them zero stars if possible. Fix this store!

CVS on Jerusalem ave in Bellmore is horrible!!! I will no longer shop or get my prescriptions filled there. Walgreens and rite is where I will be from now on. Had the most terrible experience there this evening

Worst customer service. Put on hold over 30 minutes by pharmacy and told they would not re-issue my vaccine card after losing it in my lost/stolen wallet, DESPITE having an active and current US passport with corresponding name, and date of birth available along with photo Id. Don’t waste your time here if you can help it.

Horrible .....pharmacy a nightmare. A 30 day script from Apr 22 can't be filled on May 22?? "it's too early, the computer wont let me" fill it.. or "not received"....every single month another problem. Stay away!!

I, as well as the rest of my family, have been frequent CVS shoppers in Bellmore for over 30 years. Today Lisa at the pharmacy was not only rude, but after telling my Mom she couldn't find her in the system, and telling her the info she was giving her was wrong (like she doesn't know her own name or dob?), she decided to flip the computer screen forcefully towards the customer side of the counter to show us what she pulled up, which was NOT the prescriptions that they told us would be ready and revealed all of her personal info to onlookers, violating HIPA. She was nasty, rude and unhelpful. Lisa could not be bothered to listen to the customer and hear what she came to the pharmacy to get. Horrible experience. Will definitely be switching pharmacies.
