I've been with Dime since I opened my first bank account and my parents were with them since the 70's (they were a different name then but same bank.) I just wish they hadn't merged with BNB but that's life. I just feel they're more business oriented now then before they merged.

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this bank since the branch opened years ago. We find everyone helpful. The best is that there isn’t a revolving door with the staff so the people who know us are there whenever we go.We like the online banking as well. What a convenience!

Excellent customer service, I love that it’s a small group of employees that get to know you by name and say hello and engage you as a friend. We legit know each other’s stories! They fix things quickly, and their fraud sensors are almost too sensitive when protecting the use of their card. Wish they’d allow $1,000 withdrawals from the ATM but that may come soon hopefully!

The nastiest bank ever! The reps are rude & disrespectful & have yelled at me! There are horrible reviews on yelp. One said they wouldn't break a $100 bill because the person didn't have an account with them. Are you kidding me?

Don't currently bank here and never will. I was close by and needed to change a $100 bill into 2 $50 bills. I went up to the teller and asked if she could change it. She asked, "do you have an account here?" I said no and she told me that unless I had an account she couldn't make change. Seriously, this is a bank that has money and you couldn't make change? This is the real kicker!!! She then asked me if I would like to open an account? Really?? After you just told me you wouldn't do the simplest of tasks and break a $100 bill, you think I would ever bank here?? I don't typically ever do 1 star negative reviews but this is the worst service I ever heard of. Another scenario could have been: "Of course sir, it would be my pleasure". I then think to myself, boy this is a very nice bank with friendly people. Maybe I should open up a savings account here. Excuse me ma'am, what are your CD rates? Nope, didn't happen this way and never will. Hey, branch manager, if you read this, maybe take a look in the mirror.
