If I could give zero stars I would, this place is unorganized and run horribly.. I watched people walk in and get served right away while I sat with no help and being completely ignored.. I also speak Spanish which they must not know, and they're sitting there saying call the Spanish last names first!! Is this a joke, there is no justification for a business to act racist or pick and choose blatantly who they will serve.. lost a customer and will spread the word...

Do Not go here, they are extremely rude and only cater to Spanish speaking people. I am disgusted with the service I sat for three hours and was skipped over for people who didn’t check in. The woman at the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional… I could keep going.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I found this agency online looking for help with DMV services. First mistake—I should’ve listened to the reviews. This place is a complete mess. They are disorganized, understaffed, and clearly not capable of handling what they advertise.
I called over 15 times before going in—no one ever answered. I decided to show up anyway and found over 40 frustrated people waiting. Everyone said the same thing: nobody answers the phone, nobody helps, and the staff is completely overwhelmed.
Do yourself a favor—go to another agency or straight to the DMV. It’ll be faster and far less stressful.

Longer lines here than the DMV. Always understaffed. Just go straight to the DMV don’t brother here.

Highly recommend.. very positive experience. the dmv's by me are by appointment only, and I needed car on road and didn't want to wait 20-30 days. I found the place and couldn't of been happier. For same day service I am very happy.

Besides the wait, it was a great experience. I would have waited longer at the DMV!! And the ladies were patient and they worked quickly! Also, they provided easy ways to get any missing documents. The DMV would have made me make another appointment. 10 out of 10 would go again!

Since it is currently impossible to get an appointment within thirty days at DMV, this service is a necessity. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Im trying to call this Car-Co DMV Service since 9am it’s now 3pm and there is no pick
Once a female pick up and said we are busy and don’t have the time to handle phone call and hang up.
Very rude and unprofessional.
For this kind of server I better of go to DMV directly.

My car was stolen before I could change the lease into my name after I bought it out. I live on the West Coast now and the only way to get the job done was to physically drop the paperwork off. They were there to help me instantly and took away all my worth every penny highly recommended.

Good bye DMV! This place is the best, the girls working there are sweet, experienced and efficient. I walked in as a walk in and walked out in an hour. A little wait but nothing like the dmv. Of course you need to come with your paperwork that you need. Walked in with old plates got new plates. Excellent.

I came in to register a trailer for commercial use. They made the process painless and easy. I walked out with new plates at the end. Way better then sitting on line at NYS DMV
