Terrible experience. They gave us a car that reeked of cigarettes - full size sedan which we needed bc we have kids and need the space. I wouldn't even let the kids in the car bc it smelled so strongly. We call to get it changed, they say they will call us back at noon when they have new cars, no call. The next day we call again, the employee Ryan said come at 10:30am we'll have a new car to swap it out for - we confirm that it will be the same category or higher and he says yes. We show up at 11:15am - no cars of that category are available on site - Ryan starts talking to his manager about getting a car from another spot - we explain we don't have time for that, we were told a car would be ready for us. Neither Ryan or the incredibly rude manager Hannah acknowledge that they told us the wrong info, and don't do anything to try to make it right. I agree to take the smaller Sedan bc I'm so frustrated and want to leave. Get in - it reeks of cigarettes even worse. They must be chain smoking while "cleaning" the cars. Total disaster, horrific service, don't go here.

Avoid this location at all costs. They are illegally parking their fleet vehicles alongside Mill Pond Park and in doing so depriving park users of the ability to utilize the park itself. You would think a business with insufficient parking would look to move to a larger facility or pay to utilize another lot, but nope they would rather use up all the street parking adjacent to Mill Pond Park.

This Mini van was not what I signed up for. Driving 1200 miles to Florida from new York with sloppy steering and weak brakes with a family of 6 was not safe. They asked before I signed in office where I am traveling to. So they knew they were sending me with a car ready for deletion from there fleet.Car smelled of cigarettes or cigars terribly. Van had 70,000 miles and looks like it was not cleaned well in a long time. Crumbs and food wrappers stuff in between seats. Then I was asked if a discount would make me satisfied and persuade me to give a good review. That not how reviews work.I don’t usually give in bad reviews but this was not good business. I have used this location many times in the past but service and quality is not what it used to be. I hope it changes because I use rental cars quite a bit, this location was convenient. If I was you I would have a backup plan if your relying on wantagh enterprise. Check your vehicle well before leaving there extremely small parking lot.

I personally dislike how this enterprise location is using public space to operate their business by parking their cars on the only parking available for the mill pond affecting local residents activities.

Had a great experience with enterprise Bellmore. I had a rental pickup scheduled 15 minutes before closing and customer service couldn’t have been better. Ryan, was a great help as he made paperwork a breeze and ensured a timely arrival of my vehicle while assisting other customers.

Rent car often at 2900 merrick, Bellmore, NY , on weekly basis, the staff is always super friendly , super helpful , supportive and cooperative, highly recommend this branch specially . Also took care of my stuff left in cars twice ?. Mr Hillal & others all are best .

The staff made this experience extremely easy. I was picked up from an Enterprise staff from my Autobody shop taken directly to Enterprise to pick up my car. And the same after I dropped the car off I was taken right to my Autobody to pick up my car. The process was made as easy as possible thanks to to the friendly Enterprise staff.

I had booked a luxury car at the Rockville Centre location but on the morning I was supposed to pick it up, I was told they had no cars. I booked at another location and same thing. I had already paid for my hotel and needed a rental so it was frustrating that every location had no cars. I ended up trying Bellmore and for what ever reason, they were the only ones that had cars. I was told they had luxury and to come look but they didn’t have any when I actually got there. They only had 2 SUVs available that were just returned so I chose one. They cleaned it up and washed it for me. I couldn’t get car play to work so they cleaned and washed the next SUV and swapped it out for me. They even called on my trip to make sure I was liking the SUV. Both the reps I dealt with were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.

be advise that this place if you are woman they will ripped you off they make my daughter get insurance that is already covered by her own insurance full cover, they are good to make sure take the money from the insurance and take money out you,bad device please don’t use them I talk about to my insurance to don’t send costumers to this place ?

Came here because it cost less than their other location up the road. Was given a car with half a tank, returned with half a tank, then charged a refueling fee. Kid who closed me out said nothing, so I only noticed when I checked my e-mail statement. First of all why give cars that are half full? Second of all, I have a receipt from refueling 2 minutes before I dropped the car off. Not worth the call back to them to complain because I’ll just go right back up the road where I’ve NEVER had this issue. Just beware and make sure you check your receipt before you leave.
