The worst , for what was a easy, simple file turned into 1hr 20 min or so. The preparer had to answer phones as their was no receptionist. I had a 930a appointment was taken 945a. Got there about 915a and neither tax preparer acknowledged me.My tax preparer almost filed my W2 under my husband but I caught it as you can see the computer.Than I was billed for 275, a complete RIP off. Should have done it myself .Won't be vack

H&R block messed up my taxes and I had to pay back the IRS a lot of money watch out before you use them Kathy Bird did nothing after this happened watch out I will never use them again they rip you off with your money horrible horrible job !!!!!
