The staff is really rude! The waiting room is tiny and there’s nowhere to sit & the check in machines are filthy and barely work. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you wanna ruin your day!

Just went in 5/9 at 2:15pm and the girl up front was so rude and snapped at me for simply asking how to check in. Have never been there before. I immediately decided to walk out and go somewhere else. don’t go here.

I had a great experience at Labcorp yesterday, thanks to Simone! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated her patience and clear communication. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and compassionate. Thank you, Simone!

Very unhappy with the way the lab tech took my blood for testing this morning, Sat. 4/12/25. Despite being friendly enough and using a butterfly needle, as soon as she inserted the needle she hurt the tendon running alongside my vein. She asked if I was ok and I replied she’d hurt the tendon. She poorly dressed the site with a small piece of gauze and a long piece of tape strapped across my arm. I got home to find the sleeve of my shirt was blood soaked as the bleeding had not yet stopped before she was ready to send me on my way. Quick service does not mean quality service. I will give this location one more chance since it’s closer to home and request a different technician for my next visit. If there are any other problems in that visit I will have travel further to a different lab going forward for better care.

ABHORRENT! If I could give 0 stars, I would. So rude! Front desk left me standing there only to come back and accuse me of lying about how long I’d been waiting. I definitely would not trust them with a needle with their disgruntled attitude. Awful! Stay away!

Poor service; the lady at the desk was rude and provided inaccurate information. Yesterday, she instructed me to arrive an hour before closing, but today when I arrived at 11:20, they were closing at 12:30 (yes, it's cutting it close, but it's just a simple urine exam that shouldn't take more than 10 minutes), and I was denied service. So, was it supposed to be one hour and 10 minutes or just one hour? She said to me, "I told you this a few days ago; you always like to do things last minute." It's not fair to judge people without knowing their situation.I can do without ur snotty remarks.

They’re rude. I walked in and wasn't even greeted. When I saw no one was talking to the blonde Hispanic lady at the desk, I walked up and she just instantly cut me off & said sit down I need to see him first and pointed at a man sitting down. Then another lady came and actually did her job and asked me if I needed help. She right away took me to my room. Something went wrong with my paperwork so l made a quick call, and waited a few minutes as the lady walked out. I walked out the room to the lobby to inform the lady I had everything resolved, but NO ONE was there. Then I was yelled at from a room and heard "you gotta stay in your room you can't just get out and walk in wherever you want." I literally walked to the lobby. I'm pretty sure it was the same blonde lady up front. Horrible service and I hope she gets written up for this review.

I had really bad experience front desk assistant was super rude with me and she been using bad words during conversations. I had to call the HQ to make the complaint against this location. They’re not respectful towards patient. Also the front desk assistant took my blood which was so hard and she left a hematoma in my hand had to send pictures to the HQ to make a compline.
