“We had the pleasure of being helped by Raafeah, the manager at AT&T, and we are so grateful for her outstanding service. We originally switched to AT&T through the Costco location, where the representative promised us a first responder discount. Unfortunately, that turned out to be incorrect, and we were left dealing with a lot of confusion and multiple frustrating phone calls—with no resolution from the Costco team.
