Our bill keeps getting higher every month. I called AT&T and found out that the "free" Tablet and watch was not free and we are paying them off monthly. My husband and I were deceived. Also, the amount credited for trading in our phones is applied monthly and was not taken off from the start. That gets taken away if we break the contract. We feel trapped with AT&T but are looking into services where we can switch and they'll help us out of this scam contract.

This used to be my favorite store now it’s horrible! I feel like I’m doing them a favor. I have tried several times to order a new iPad before mine dies but there’s always a line!
