Scary. The compound Pharmacist tried to give me a cream antibiotic for the skin instead prescription eye drops for my eye. My prescription was specifically for eye drops by my PCP. Furthermore, how could I put a cream in my infected eye. When I questioned the pharmacist, he apologized for the mistake. Warning- before paying cash/card look and read medication instructions. Never returning there.

would not recommend First the hours are incorrect and they are NOT open on the weekend Second the people who answer the phone a SO RUDE Dont rely on getting s script here, you will die without your meds

I was on Wegovy and was doing good but it has been backordered since August 2023. I purchased a groupon for BMIMD for the compounded semeglutide processed at Precision Pharmacy. I received it in the mail when I was told it would arrive. I have not taken it yet becuse I want to make sure it is sterile and processed under sterile conditions and there is no salt products in it. I will be calling the pharmacy and hopefully I will have a better experience than most of the reviewers.

Do not trust this company! My elderly mother was receiving mail order prescriptions and over the counter medicine. It was written as a 30 day delivery. They sent prescriptions and OTC FOR THREE MONTHS of use! My 97 year old mother passed and I found out about this when I picked up her unused meds. I was shocked to see so much OVERSTOCK. Also, they charge A LOT more than CVS, Amazon, Walmart, etc. Needless to say, they don't care and talked circles around me with B.S. excuses. I requested a call back from a manager, didn't get one. So, how did person in the other review get to talk to an "owner"? I'm sure that is a B.S. review. In conclusion, they take advantage of the people who depend on others and know it. In my opinion they know how to scam people and are successful. This is a shameful crime. I am also reporting them to the state.

Horrible and totally dysfunctional company. Took two weeks to fill my prescription and every representative gave me different information regarding its status. They then filled the script twice without knowing. When I called this to their attention they threatened to charge me twice. I would never trust this company ever again.

I have come here off and on some years to get a prescription that needed to be blended. It's not close to my house, so traveling here is not the pharmacy down the street. They have what I can't get at many other places. Suffice to say, I feel stuck whether I like them or not. The new location seems nicer inside. However, they have a driveway that is right next to the entrance which makes one think there is a parking lot in the back. There isn't. Just a car parked, some dumpsters, picnic tables etc. There is no outlet and so you have to do the broken u turn to get out. All the while, now, while someone from the business comes outside and simply stares at me. GET SINAGE! IM SURE MANY FIRST TIMERS DO THIS". I finally am able to park in the Ace Hardware parking lot, come in for my prescription which was supposed to be ready, and they say "it's in the lab". What does that mean? I got a message saying it was ready. The second guy says "one moment" and goes in the back. After waiting 5 - 10 minutes with no return, I asked another person, Tom, who checked and came back to tell me it would be ready tomorrow. Waste of my time and gas. They said they will mail it "tomorrow" for another $9.50. I certainly am not paying again. Their system is terrible, customer service lacking and the time it takes to mix cream now makes no sense. It has been a week since it was ordered. They were ambivalent to that fact, but insisted they never told me it was ready. I asked them if they would waive the shipping fee when it was ready. No guarantee I was told.

nice people but they were definetely confused couldnt find my scrip couldnt find me in the computer each person i spoke to had a diferent answer to my question promised to call me back the same day i was there they called me back three days later not the same as they were years ago will not use their compounding pharm again

In todays fast paced world not many are willing to go out of their way for people. That surely was not the case with the pharmacist Kevin at precision compounding pharmacy. I came in Saturday distraught that my script may not be ready before I ran out, he was so helpful in reassuring me that he would look after it. What he did next left me speechless about an hour later he called to tell me he wanted to make sure it would be ready and he compounded it himself. WOW!! Grateful is an understatement. Kevin you are one of those people that make me believe in the goodness of people. I hope you see this... thank you. Thank you, thank you!!!

Had testosterone cream compounded bottom click dispenser 1 jammed up pin hole was closed brought it back they transferred the cream into another dispenser 3/4 was gone they play stupid wouldn't refill it. The man behind the counter is an incompetent moron, the manager wouldn't do anything but bullshit now I'm out a 3 week supply, evert time I go in there never again someone is in there complaining. Stay clear from this place do yourself a favor.

My prescription was called into the pharmacy on Wednesday and I went to pick it up on Friday. Tom who greets you when you first walk in is extremely kind and helpful. The medication was ready for pick up and when I had questions about the medication, Tom immediately went to the pharmacist to get an answer.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? If you want your health to be a high consideration then look for another pharmacy immediately. I waited 12 days to receive my medication. When I followed up with the pharmacy 5 days after the script was sent in, I was told that it would be delivered in 3 days. I never received it on that date. I asked my doctor to support me in figuring this out, which prompted a call from the sales manager, Barbara. I am shocked at the deflection of responsibility onto me, the patient, to make sure that I am calling in my prescription weeks before I have finished my bottle. My only request from the company was to call me to inform me that they would not be able to deliver my medication on-time, as they had stated they would. This would have given me theopportunity too find a pharmacy that could meet my needs. I'm a reasonable person and quite patient. Language was repetitively used stating, "you're entitled to your opinion and I'm sorry you feel that way". How can management possibly think that this is effective communication? This is called gaslighting. I literally could not continue this conversation due to the arrogance and narcissistic behavior of their management. I'm absolutely never returning to them again and I suggest you find a company that will hear you and prioritize your health above their ego and their pocket.

*****IF YOU REQUIRE A COMPOUNDED MEDICATION MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PROVIDER SUBMITS TO THE COMPOUNDING PHARMACY & not their retail pharmacy. They WILL NOT forward your prescription for you or even notify you if they received it incorrectly. COMPOUNDING PHARMACY IS NOW LOCATED IN A SEPARATE BUILDING NEXT TO ACE HARDWARE. Every person that I had the misfortune of getting on the phone or in person was an absolute horror to speak with. It is unfortunate that when you are not feeling well you have to deal with bad attitudes & lack of help from the staff. Marie in retail & Samantha in compounding were fantastic. The only reason for 3 stars. I was confused on if the back lot to their new building was functional so I just parked in Ace and walked over.

Well sadly my experience is inline with many others. My provider submitted a prescription on a Saturday and 7 days later it does not seem that even know where the medications is. I started calling on Tuesday and was given the run around. By Wednesday they stated that the medication would go out no later then Thursday. When I contacted them Thursday evening I was told I needed to be patient. I explained that they set the expectation. They then told me it would go out Friday with delivery on Saturday. Well Friday I get a notice that a label was created and then nothing. They tell me Saturday that the package will be delivered on Saturday. Impossible since it was never picked up. All I would ask is for honest communication. Things happen delays happen but this is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. Needed a medication for my complex daughter & their communication was not acceptable. No compassion nor organization. My advice would be to find another compound pharmacy as there in fact are tons who actually CARE & are organized.

If I can give this review a negative star I would....I know they make compound medication which a lot of pharmacies don't have the ingredients but to my surprise they wouldn't have my prescription ready for 4 days, and the price of it was outstanding and was in pain for an extra 4 days...went to another pharmacy and it was half the price and they had it ready within 3 hrs.....
