“This place is awesome now that it is Synergy. Very convenient to get all my after work shakes on premises and the prices are waaaaay cheaper than other shake shops in town. Also the merch is phenomenal and well made and again is nice to be able to grab wraps or a t-shirt if forgot my own stuff. The owner Vinny is not only very nice but is very knowledgeable and doesn’t mind taking a few minutes to educate people on their nutrition needs and answer any questions about proper technique or exercises for training. All in all the best place in LB for your nutrition needs!”

The variety, price, and quality of the vitamins and other products are very good. Finally, I must praise the customer service there: the salespeople are knowledgeable, helpful, and do not bother me when I want to be left alone; they are great. “I've used Spiru-tein protein powder/ meal replacement for more than 25 years. I've tried others which have come and gone but this one's been solid for decades. I like that just one scoop contains everything you need and it mixes into a drink that has some consistency and fills you up instead of being the consistency of water like some others. All the flavors are great but since I use it daily, I just get the 5 lb. container with 60 servings in Vanilla. You simply can't go wrong with it and I suggest it to all my patients.”
