The space is described as incredible, with a gorgeous selection of kitchen tools, dishes, glasses, baskets, and pantry items. Customers can even pick up a few items to enjoy on the bench and little table out front. While the prices of some items may seem high, the store is filled with "Little Gems" that customers can't help but admire. The atmosphere is described as one that's difficult to replicate at home, but many wish they could. The staff is generally attentive and kind, with the exception of a sometimes "Bland and dry and not very friendly younger male." The friendlier female staff members, however, make the visit worthwhile.
