Noone never answer the phone at the pharmacy. It rings until a message said to leave a call back number and a pharmacy representative will call be within a hour. I'm just trying to locate my medicine that I was told was sent to CVS in Bellport. #1 I never use this pharmacy at all so when I was told it was sent there and to have them cancel the refill so my regular pharmacy can fill it. Well let's just say the sales representative who SAID that his manager ask to get my number and the pharmacy will call me back right away. Well guess what 2 hours has passed & I'm still waiting for the pharmacy phone call. So I had to call my Dr let him know what is going on and ask to send a new script to the pharmacy that is on my profile so I don't have to go to CVS and create a scene for their noncompliance. Thank God it's not a life or death medication cause one thing for sure I would make sure my family so for negligence on CVS behalf for not responding or returning a call that one of your employees said that HIS SUPERVISOR said that the pharmacy would call me STAT & here I am still waiting

I shopped at CVS Bellport N Y location today 12/28/2024. Erin was a kind very attentive to not only my needs but others customers she was helping. Erin came out from behind the counter and helped me look for what I needed to purchase. We had a nice conversation while ringing up my items. Thank you so much Erin for your help and kindness. Kudos to you!!!

The staff at this CVS are very pleasant. They greet you when you walk in, and offer to help. The Pharmacy staff is particularly nice and always offer to be of assistance if there is a question.

Don't go to this CVS. Teenagers shoplift there every day, ransack the shelves and ride their bikes inside. They also harass customers outside the store. The managers say they can't do anything. The police do nothing. They need a full time security guard. If you need to go to CVS go to Shirley or Patchogue.

A very clean and organized store. Pharmacy staff have been professional and courteous. Front register staff have been the same way.
