“Came here to get a laundry basket which they had 1 to choose from. It was Sterilite brand & felt sturdy, it only came in one color, turquoise which was fine. However the top one was very dusty which I unfortunately happened to notice on a number of things in the store, that is, being dusty or dirty. I do also understand the times we are living in and don't expect everything in the store to be spotless. And as precautionary measures we should be disinfecting/cleaning the items we bring into our homesregardless Aside from that little sidenote the cashier was friendly and I found other things I needed. Sorry for such a long review but just being thorough.”

“I'm a dollar tree fanatic and I've been to them all over. While this isn't the biggest one I've been to this is by FAR the most organized and neat. Usually dollar tree employees are nasty (no idea why that's just been my experience), and I didn't find that here in fact it was the opposite, they were polite and kind. I bumped into another woman who said, "I can't believe how neat this dollar tree is!", so I know this is a common thought. They have a great selection. I'm so glad I live so close to it because I go here for every holiday and party I have to decorate for.”

“I cant believe that all of my life I've lived in the area and I just found this dollar tree. They have so many options and the store is neater then most. Management can use a better cashier that has a better attitude, but I'll give her a pass and just assume since it was the end of the night, that she was tired. I will be coming back! You know, to get a full feel of the store.... for...science.Conclusion: If I'm going to be going to any dollar tree, this is the one I'll be going to.”
“My only complaint is that they only have one employee ringing on register!! There will be a line stretching into the aisles and I'll be online with one item in my hand and I'll have customers with two cart loads ahead of me and there having a BS session with the only cashier ringing!! I've had to walk out numerous times!!”
“4 ? earned. This location is the cleanest store I've been in. The shelves are stocked. The staff are generally pleasant. More importantly the prices can't be beat (minus the cost of a six pack of soda(16 oz.))”
“Very nice branch. Friendly cashier. The best thing is i use a lusti hair product and i could not find it anywhere. I went on amazon and it was $20 a bottle. Well i refused to pay $20 was forced to change hair products. Today i found 6 bottles of my original product in the dollar tree for $1.25 a bottle. I cleared the shelves....im so happy right now with the dollar tree. From now on...i will shop in this Patchogue branch.”

“A great local store in a very safe village. New items arriving daily. And they take shoplifting very serious here if you steal they will ban you and call the cops be warned. The employees are very nice and the last few months they have had a lot of workers which is rare for family dollar ? shop local we depend on each other. Every time you order off the Internet you could of spent that money at a local store.”

“I purchased an item online and the order was totally screwed up, from the shipping address to the actual content in the box. I called & was told to go to a store & have the manager call their customer service #. I went into this store (Montauk Highway, Shirley, NY) & explained the situation to Coleen, the manager on duty. She called CS, got my refund squared away. BUT on top of that, she searched the SKU of the item that I originally ordered & found it in the stockroom. She was as excited about that as I was! So I was able to get what I wanted AND saved on shipping! SO A BIG SHOUT OUT TO COLEEN AT THE MONTAUK HIGHWAY. SHIRLEY STORE!! YOU ROCK!!!!”
“I should have left this review a long time ago since I've been a customer for many years. I will admit it's totally unorganized and understaffed but I love this store. Very convenient to run in and get something you need at the moment . It's simular to a mini market/variety store. Helium balloons are $1.25 and many are already filled and ready to go! Also, a large selection of cards for every occasion and many are 50 cents. Can't beat that! It's located in the Collage Plaza shopping center next to Fine Fare Supermarke and across from Carvel. I will continue to be a loyal customer for as long as I live in the area.”

“Jen from the Patchogue store is now manager here. She is a great manager hard working very professional. At her Patchogue store she had a problem with one guy who was a customer he was way to friendly and talkative. One night it was me and Jen I used to work at the Patchogue store. Jen said I'll hit you in the face I was so proud of her I told her what you do outside is nobody's business ?? I heard she was able to settle her differences with him if so good for her. “There is an employee here named John who usually works the register and he is amazing. He is so friendly and has the most positive attitude. He always asks how your day is going and is pleasant even when some customers are downright rude. There are Dollar Tree stores all over the place but I shop at this one because I always leave feeling better, even if I'm not having a great day (like today - I'm sitting in my car outside the store and felt compelled to write this after such a positive interaction). Someone give that man a raise! He is an asset to your company. You are appreciated, John!”
“I love Dollar Tree! I was a little upset when they upped their prices to $1.25, but everything increases at some point, right? My favorite things to buy here are seasonal items, especially the holiday signs for every holiday. I have quite the collection going and I buy more every year!”
