“Tola – “a small town boutique with a big time vibe”. I had a wonderful experience at Tola, Fire Island Pines in September. I purchased a pair of sunglasses which had a tiny crack in the frame, causing the frame to fall apart. I called Alison, the owner, who was incredibly helpful and generous in how she handled the problem. A lovely upgrade on the sunglasses was sent to my home in no time flat. I have loved Tola for years. I will continue to return, not just for the fun merchandise but for the superb customer service. Thank you, Alison!”
“This store and specifically Jeff came through for us with such grace, kindness, and swiftness. My partner is a groomsmen and due to a mishap we walk in an hour before close the day before the wedding in search of the closest match we can buy. “Always a great experience going to sports plaza. Amazing customer service and prices are reasonable. I have been coming here for 10+ years. Recently I had just made a purchase and as it was - I had purchased the wrong size shoes, and had lost my receipt. I later called and had asked if I can exchange the shoe size and mentioned that I had lost my receipt. They were nice enough to let me go and I was able to get the right size.”
