So upset with how Ching-Yi Wu handled herself.I am mortified. I went to get my 2nd dose of the chickenpox vaccine (that was scheduled for me by the MinuteClinic) and was refused. When checking in, I accidentally marked I was sick, which was not the case. Ching-Yi Wu refused to give me the vaccine because she heard me sniffle. She had me wait 2 hours before doing a physical exam. After determining I was not sick, she still refused me and did not give me an explanation. I was trying to finish my second dose as scheduled, so I can move forward with other treatments I had scheduled. This will now delay me.

Terrible. If you have a primary physician just go there. Dont waste your time at cvs 120 minutes clinic

Horrible - new provider never had such a horrible experience as a I did today - made a decesion without even feeling my sinus or looking in history - when I questioned that she says she didn’t need to - since when is patient history ignored - when I said I presented with same symptoms another time her response was she wasn’t that provider - got second opinion and I was correct and needed treatment

Horrible experience.Last year they did my sons sport’s physical and cleared him to play football in middle school.This year we went again but they refused to fill out the school physical form and did not clear him to play any sports without a cardiac clearance due to medical history of a parent.Do you know how long it takes to get a appointment for a cardiac pediatrician…….. the season will be over.They need to hire people that speak understandable english. We couldn’t even understand her. 100 dollars down the drain and a waste of time…….. I do not recommend at all

Absolutely atrocious client/provider relations, long wait, and left me uninformed of required paperwork/history needed for a vaccine. After expressing my frustration about waiting 1/2hr after my appointment and also that I was not informed about bringing any paperwork before the appointment, in text or email confirmations or upon checkin, I explained that I would have someone text me a screenshot of the documents. Minutes later I was told that she “didn’t like my attitude” and would not see me. Find another spot to get your vaccines to save you the headache. CVS isn’t even directly affiliated with Minute Clinic, apparently.

Brought in my 2.5 year old to get covid vaccine. I scheduled online and the whole process was smooth. The clinic is clean and no long wait line. Ms Jessica Flanagan is very professional and did wonderful job. My baby even didn't feel anything the injection was done so quickly. We definitely will return.

Went in for a stomach bug. Doctor was unwelcoming and unpleasant. Did not run any tests or prescribe me anything. Was told to buy some Gatorade and pay her $136 for a 20 minute visit

Sat with my wife behind one other patient in line for 45 minutes. After the patient who was currently being seen leaves the office the practitioner comes and out and rudely exclaims to the patient ahead of us "I'll take you and everyone else will have to wait til after lunch." then looks at us with like we didnt hear it. I understand you are guaranteed a lunch but patient health should come first in this situation. At this time it is 145pm and she says that well have to wait til 315 to be seen and takes the patient in and shuts the door. So my wife would have had to wait for almost 2-1/2 hours to be seen. So much for "minute" clinic. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone nor will we return.

I would not reccomend here. Go to stat health. They told me a price over the phone, then I was told they charge extra for every little thing, and when I cashed out there was an additional $60 charge. I came here to save and Paid $100 more then I would've at cityMD/stat health

I received very good service here...even a follow up phone call to make sure that the medication I was prescribed was working.
