“We have now had 2 cars here for repairs and 1 scheduled currently to be serviced for maintenance. They've been very fair and are now my go to place for any car repairs. Fast, honest, friendly, and fair. What more could I ask for? They even did work that no one else wanted to. Everyone I've dealt with here has been wonderful and I wish I came to them sooner. After my old mechanic stopped working on any difficult problems I ended up on a long search for someone to give me a verdict on my Ford Exploder(yes, it's technically Explorer... This was not a typo). Everyone I tried either wouldn't look at it at all or wouldn't go far enough to give me an idea what was wrong. I had a hunch but I'm not a mechanic and needed a final verdict on if it was worth repairing. Lis scheduled me and was very helpful with everything along the way. Mike was very honest and looked at the problem quickly. He made recommendations but my fears were true and he tried to fix it without requiring the major repairs. It did quiet down quite a bit after his work but we decided to sell it for parts. As it wasn't worth putting a new engine in the problem child.
The second problem child I brought them was a GMC Sierra and my loaner car from my parents while the Ford issues have been going on. Since they bought it there was an intermittent radiator leak that they just couldn't find the source. I looked multiple times but it was too far in the front for me to find the source and I wasn't about to shove my face under the truck with hot fluid pouring out to confirm where the leak was. It grew worse as I drove it and I only drove it to work and back, about 7 minutes each way. I had to always carry a water jug(which would not work during the winter) and checked the levels constantly. They quickly found a cracked radiator with a pressure test. Charged a very reasonable price(a bit under $750 after tax), given the work involved, and had it done that same day after receiving approval for the repair.
The current scheduled vehicle is our Honda CRV, and my favorite of our 4 wheeled vehicles that we've ever owned. This tank of a vehicle has handled a lot of abuse and is overall quite reliable. The car shifts funny occasionally when driven gently if the fluid needs flushed from the transmission. When we purchased it 4 years ago I noticed the problem during the test drive and did research to find that it was a common problem that basically maintenance avoids it being much of an issue. The dealer flushed it before we purchased it at my request but it's starting to happen again so it's time. They gave my husband a reasonable quote over the phone and scheduled it for service.”

“Took my truck there for transmission issues. They told me over the phone it could be the clutchs in the transmission. So i toook to them they test drove it and i called them. They tell me it is hard shifting and they did a fuild change on it. Told me to drive it 1,000 miles if it the problem is still there they would have to tear the transmission down. Hard shifting in a transmission with 46,000 miles on it is normal? They never found the problem and the truck still does the hard shifting and grinds sometimes.”
