“I had a tire that kept going flat, quickly. The rim of the wheel was cracked. I had this happen on another wheel about a year ago. I returned a few days later with a summer tire on the car and Dunn tire demounted the tire so I could get the wheel welded. Today I was back for tire remount and back on the car before the next winter storm. Thank you for all your service.”

“I contacted Monro in Lakewood NY desperately searching for someone to replace 4 tires and back brakes on my RV. While they don’t normally work on RVs, Ethan, the manager asked me to come in and he’d see if he could help me out. From the start, Ethan was great to work with. They didn’t have the tires locally and he arranged for my cousin to pick them up. Parts for the brakes had to be ordered so knowing how unsafe my vehicle was, Ethan offered to allow me to park my RV overnight instead of driving an hour each way to where I was staying. With some issues getting the parts, I stayed two nights there. Ethan and Clint, one of the technicians, were so nice and helpful. On the third day when the part still hadn’t come, he arranged to have the part purchased from a parts store and they stayed almost 3 hours past closing to perform the service and get me on the road. Their compassion and service went so far above expectations. I can’t thank them enough for how helpful they were. I observed their interaction with other customers and saw that this is just how they do business. With a customer first attitude! Price was reasonable as well and when I drove the RV to my next stop, I could tell the work was done right. Absolutely outstanding experience. Highly recommend!!”
“Very honest straightforward guy. He test drove my truck less than 1/2 mile an knew something wasn’t right. I left my truck with him he had it done the next day. He had to replace rear axle bearings my left side axle shaft an a gear. You ever need anything done regarding your drivetrain go see Chad! He’s a great honest guy”

“Great experience with this place! We needed a transmission rebuild on our 2015 Chevy 2500HD after almost 200k on the OD. Shawn got us in ASAP and the job was done by the next week. He upgraded parts while he was in there and gave us some good maintenance advice to keep her going for another couple 100k. Trustworthy and professional place for anything transmission! “Took my truck there for transmission issues. They told me over the phone it could be the clutchs in the transmission. So i toook to them they test drove it and i called them. They tell me it is hard shifting and they did a fuild change on it. Told me to drive it 1,000 miles if it the problem is still there they would have to tear the transmission down. Hard shifting in a transmission with 46,000 miles on it is normal? They never found the problem and the truck still does the hard shifting and grinds sometimes.”
