When I visited this store I was quite taken back! Everything was beautiful but when I asked the clerk if they carried any plus sizes she snickered and said not here! Very pricey so left!

The owners are absolutely awesome. Love this store it’s always Our kick off to updating Our summer wardrobe. The clothes are very good quality, brands are not what you will find in your typical clothing stores.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. In trying to keep money local and shop in stores like this instead of Amazon - I was reminded why places like these do not deserve local money. When I went to return a pair of linen pants, purchased 2.5 weeks prior, and look for a couple of new tops - I was informed of their return policy which is 7 days. I had the receipt and was unaware of the return policy. The sales lady also informed me that the pants were now on sale and this posed a problem as well however she went and asked someone for an exception and I was offered the sale price for the pants. A man appeared behind the counter interjected condescendingly that the return policy is written on the receipt, which was unnecessary as I wasn't even disputing that. I would have taken store credit and continued to shop in the store and spent even more money, however instead I took my pants and my receipt and shook my head as I left the store amazed that they did not care one bit that they lost a customer that day. I will give these $95 pants away before giving them another percentage of the initial purchase price.

We frequent Skillmans whenever we are in Bemus Point, but this year was the first time that we went after Christmas. We arrived to find that they were having a big sale! Christine and Jane were so helpful, and we found lots of clothing to buy. It was a great experience as usual.

First time there. Very nice inside. Although I feel like they put everything fancy and elegant out on the first and 2nd floor and the hoodies, ball caps and stuff I call ...regular clothing (things I was looking for) down in the 3rd/base level like they're hiding it ?

I was in the store today. I was holding cards I wanted to purchase and salesperson said she'd hold them at the front. She rang up "my" cards and I left the store. Three hours later, at home, i saw that the cards were not mine. I called to tell he what happened and she said I could come get them. I said I could not (too far), and was hoping to continue talking to figure out a solution when she hung up on me.

Nice local shop. Have a lot of variety from local trinkets up to high end beachwear. Some namebrand things inside. A fun multi level shop. Enjoy

Stop selling fur! I used to shop there all the time now see fox fur and my family walked right out. I won't support this place anymore. So disappointed.
