I have known Andy, the owner, for years we take our cars to him for oil change, breaks, inspection. Andy and his team are honest. Realiable knowelable.His secretary is lovely. I totally recommend Andy's Auto Repair.

I usually never write reviews but the way the owner was acting and talking to me, he was lucky I didn’t snuff him. Go there with an engine problem in the morning on my way to work, and he tells me after I give him the keys that there’s 20 people in front of me and I tell him I need to get to work and another mechanic down the street (That’s honestly way better service and communication) and I couldn’t wait all day for the car so I asked politely for the keys but now the car won’t even start for me to drive there so I tell the guy I’ll wait however long it takes now since the car won’t even start and now he starts crying saying he burned his hand taking a look at my engine and that was like a small boo boo that a child would cry over, and now he won’t even take me because he becomes petty. Didn’t get mad or argue with the dude, I was apologizing the whole time and swallowing my pride and he still refused service. This man is fragile and his communication is terrible, barely can understand him. Don’t waste your time and just go to Advance Auto Repair down the street, they even came to this dude repair shop and jumped my car so I could get to their place! Trust me it’ll save you the disrespect and frustration.

I had to get my brake light replaced and he not only did that; but also cleaned my headlight which was super foggy. Only charged me $10!

After Andy moved from Westbury I tried other mechanics and let me say this none of them could compare. He's worth the ride, I'm glad I found him at his new location. His prices are very fair and he and his staff are just the nicest people.
