Pathetic customer service,there was this new girl assisting me,I wanted to pay my bill,there were different plans i asked her abt that and she had no idea,there were 2 guy workers sitting and were discussing something she asked him what is this plan sir and he said different plans,really ?? I know different plans i wanted to know the data details,i siad leave it i want to pay the bill,she asked me to show her my id,i asked why id ? she said we need it because we are entering ur account i said I never had to use my id to pay the bill she asked me in a mean way DO YOU WANT TO PAY UR BILL OR NOT,i was shocked i said yes i want to pay my bill she said then show me ur id!!!after that she selected wrong options i asked the guy can someone else assist me and he didn't bother then she was trying to have me pay my bill and it was not taking my apple pay,I tried 5 times then i asked him again can u help me and he said use ur card ,i asked y its not taking my apple pay and he got irritated and replied in a disrespectful way that i don't know ,if u know nothing then y r u here,if u cant help a customer y r u here??? My apple pay has never had this issue and i said im not carrying my card because i always use my phone for apple pay he said I can't do anything abt it and i said ok thankyou for the services and left the place without paying my bill,y would i keep a service provider that can't provide me services, i will get other number from other service provider I can't go to the store everyday trying i might get good service today ,disappointing customer service

I only came in to get a new phone. This staff/group of people where getting hit left right and center. They were helping everyone always kept their cool. They help each other and that’s what’s awesome. A solid thank you to Ronyln for putting my phone cast on. Water proof indeed.

Purchased AT&T screen protector for my phone, which includes free replacement an installment, when screen protector is cracked went to this location to have her place they were out of stock had to travel to Jericho.

Eric is the most patient and caring person. I just lost my husband and something went wrong with my phone and it caused me to be upset because talking to my friends was comforting me and I felt I was losing that too. Well Eric was the perfect person. He was calming and stayed with me. He spoke to customer service for me with my permission and he was simply the sweetest most compassionate salesman I have ever met. I hope someone higher up sees this. He’s a credit to your store. Seriously. He had the patience and kindness of a saint. Just so kind and caring. Thank you Eric

I walked in and was greeted right away. Gee is an asset to your company. He is knowledgeable kind and we had a great conversation while waiting for my old iPhone 10 to upload to my new iPhone 14 max pro. Thank you again Gee.

This store is a nightmare!!!! I wish I could give them negative stars! This whole thing started when my husband wanted to go for a brand new phone he brought his phone in to exchange it and update it. Once he walked in, he had actually two people take care of him. At the end of the transaction, they gave us another line which my husband never asked for. When he called me from the store, he was calling me from the second line that they added without his permission. This action constitutes fraud on the stores part. He went back the same day, because things were a little screwy when he called me the additional number came up. Then we went back together and were told that there was no way for them to remove the line. They would have to give us a brand new phone, and they were unable to do that because they've already sent back the phone he traded in. we spent hours on the phone with AT&T who by the way the owner of the store called a bunch of idiots. We have been working with AT&T at the 611 number and they have been very helpful. According to AT&T on the phone we should've been able to exchange that phone case manager is only looking out to make money we will never deal with them again! By the way, we ended up paying for the phone info because of this manager who is very nasty in a sneaky way.

Our experience with our representative Ed at the AT&T store in Bethpage, NY was excellent, more than a 5 star ⭐️ rating. Ed was extremely kind, courteous and very knowledgeable and helping us transfer all info from Gary‘s iPhone 11 to his new iPhone 14. In my opinion he went above and beyond what needed to be done. We were very grateful for Ed’s expertise. He made this task so easy and carefree. We would like to thank Ed and make sure corporate realizes what a valued employee AT&T has in Ed. Thank you!!!!

Had the absolute best experience In Bethpage At&t Our service rep was Afnan he was very personable and knowledgeable... Highly recommend this location, all at&t staff should see this as an example for exemplary customst service. The best experience ive ever had.
