Disgusting service. Came here and had laundry service done. Two nice button downs were absolutely ruined with a giant black/dark blue stains all over. When I first got the finished laundry, the button downs were folded up with everything else when normally they are hung up. Didn’t think much of it until I opened and saw the stains. Came back to see if we can have any type refund since we have been going to them for multiple weeks. The white, short, blonde haired lady I spoke with was rude and dismissive. Stating nothing can be done, since their policy says it’s not their fault. When I asked why not at least tell us about it since she clearly knew about it right away, she admitted, “well I figured you’d come back anyway.” What kind of answer is that? So I’d come back, wasting my time, gas, and money only to be told nothing can be done? Things happen and I understand now they have a policy for that , but it’s good customer service to just point it out and apologize at the VERY least and maybe offer a way to fix it. Truly pathetic! Don’t support a business like that!

Beware of this laundrymat the drying machines are horrible and if you go during lunch time or dinner time your clothes will smell like the fried food from the restaurant next door. Yes !! There must be some issue with the ventilation system or something but unfortunately I had to go to another laundry and rewash the entire load because my clothes smelled like fried food.

This laundromat is so close to my home but I’d rather drive far to find a laundromat better than this place. Almost every time I drop my clothes off I miss one article of clothing here and there. Annoying but it happens. This last time ALL of my pants were missing. How do you lose multiple pairs of someone’s pants? The person up front was very rude about it and now I’m out $70 worth of clothes for a $20 service. Never use this laundromat.

Very good laundromat. The place is clean and all of the machines work. The folding tables are nice. There are both a change machine and an ATM. This has become my go-to place.

The Latina lady is amazing! I give her 5 stars. However, that older white lady, a zero. When I arrived, all she did was complain about how much clothes I dropped off. She said she was left with three dryers full to fold. I was livid!! How dare you?! Is this not your job, after all? I get home and realize I have to take each item and refills because she folded the way a five year old might fold clothes!!! I am so furious!!! My clothes and work uniforms are wrinkled!!!! Very very different experience ftom the first. Next time, if the Latina lady is not going to fold my clothes, I’m just not dropping them off. That white old lady should just go home and sleep. Seems she goes to work and not work. I hope the owner knows his business is trash if she’s there.

Visited twice, is always busy . However the machines are good. It’s pretty big. Staff isn’t so bad . Do recommend.

I went there to do a little laundry for the senior I care for. I noticed how clean the place was. Also the person working there was very kind and polite in guiding me. I had a little trouble operating the washing machine and she was very helpful.Even the bathroom was clean.

Worst service ever … paid 45$ for drop off and not even clean properly and not folded and directly placed into the bag without plastic bag … worst ever don’t waste your time and hard work money .
