I know have a new Electric Vehicle that I wanted to show to the people there who were keeping my prior cars in tip-rop condition!!! The other cars were ICE (Internal Combustion Engines). I am entering a new era of electrification plus using "Renewable Power Sources" as often as possible!!!!!

Total joke. Eddie is a liar, understaffed, and a terrible businessman. My truck sat for 5 weeks and he gave it back and it was worse than prior. Then held it for 3 more weeks without touching it - yet claims he was working on it. Liar! I have a tracking device in the truck and then ignition was never turned on. Absolutely horrifying experience. DO NOT go there or trust him for anything. WASTE OF TIME.

Ed at Broadway Garage is a gem. I was stranded down the street with battery issues. I walked into this place (third shop I talked to) asking if they could help me restart my car with a jump. They let me use their very expensive and top of the line jump box and didn't even charge me. Ed said: “Just pay it forward...â€

Read all of this review. After years of remarkable service I must admit that a wonderful relationship might just come to an end. Eddie has lost all of his mechanics and is unable to keep up with the amount of work he has. His priority has always been servicing the large vehicles of the LIRR and others that crowd his property. I never minded having to wait a day or two to have my 6.0 PowerStroke Diesel serviced by Eddie. I am now on week 4 waiting for him to determine the issue with my truck and make the repairs. I'm in the hole for $1200 for a rental because he couldn't be honest with me and tell me he can't or doesn't want to fix my truck. Well my truck is fixed, finally. In typical Eddie fashion, all the stress and frustration is gone from him, he sent me my bill we discussed it and after an adjustment we agreed to not only to a price but a payment arrangement..... How do I leave? I'll see what happens st the next scheduled service in a few weeks.....

Grant it, they work on LIRR and Town of Hempstead trucks and charge them $150 an hour... wayyy over priced... I told him what was wrong with my car and he charged me $103 to diagnose what I already told him... SMH...
