I purchased a pool from Brothers 3 and was amazed at how easy the process was. They are hands on from the start and communicate the process throughout the job. The install was seamless from one step to another with no down time between steps. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new pool.

We are glad we chose Brothers 3 for our pool decision. The pool is fabulous. Jenn worked with us through the entire process flawlessly and all phases were completed without a hitch. Any and all questions and concerns were answered by Jenn immediately. We are extremely happy with the new pool!!

Went to Brothers 3 this past Saturday to look at above ground pools and we ended up getting one and couldn't be any happier with the overall experience, price and service. Jen from Brothers was super informative and very helpful through the entire process. They recommended Sparkle for the pool install, and it was installed yesterday (Wednesday). I highly recommend using Brothers 3 if you are in the market for a pool. You will not be disappointed at all.

I have had multiple projects during my many years of home ownership for several homes and this experience is by far the best. Brothers 3 Pools are professional, trustworthy, reliable and honest. They delivered the product that was promised within the time that was promised. The entire team worked cohesively and kept me updated with every step of the project. They go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of the customer. As a first time pool owner, I was educated on what to expect (pros and cons), and was given adequate details for decision making. Jen made the project fun by providing enough guidance to decrease anxiety. She took the time to explain every detail throughout each phase of the project. She responded almost immediately to all my queries. This is the most compassionate and caring team that I have ever encountered for a home improvement project. I give this team the highest level recommendation for integrity and overall superior professional customer service.

Our experience with Brothers 3 was exceptional from start to completion and currently continues.
On our first visit to their store we were educated on the different types of pool installations and eventually chose an in-ground pool.
In less than 3 months the entire project was completed, and their guidance and consultation was available daily.
Their recommendations for excavation, pool construction and stonework were all top notch professionals.
Visiting Brothers 3 is an absolute must if you are considering adding a pool to your property.

Robert at Brothers 3 comes through again! When my 2 year old aqua comfort heater broke (a lemon?) again, the manufacturer took almost a month to replace it. Robert followed up and made sure aqua comfort did the right thing. Robert even arranged to have his company install the replacement unit when aqua comfort’s guy flaked out. Brothers 3 went above and beyond the call and i greatly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to customer service. They made the buying process and installation a seamless and efficient process. But just as importantly (maybe more so) they stand behind what they sell and stepped up when others did not. All i can say is THANKS!! I recommend them without hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience with Brothers 3 Pools. We did a bit of shopping around prior to going here. The experience we had from Brothers 3 was far beyond any other experience we had at other company. From the moment we walked in, it was flawless. We walked to the counter as the store was busy, Dan asked if he could help us. He came around, guided us around the store, explained our options for purchasing a pool, he heard our concerns and made sure we knew all the different things available to us to keep the pool running smoothly. He took the time, didn’t rush us or push us into anything. At that point we sat down at the desk and reviewed our property, the pricing and everything else in between. We bought our new pool on spot and his service was incredible. We went over options for installation, we chose to go with a company they worked with for many years, Sparkle. They have also been an incredible company to work with. Little did we know, we were working with the vice president of Brothers 3. Dan never once made it seem like he was the big boss. He is humble and so down to earth. Overall, I cannot recommend this company more. If you are in the market for a pool, hot tub, supplies- put your trust in Brothers 3! I promise you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience working with Robert and the Brothers 3 team. From start to finish - they were exceptional to work with. We installed a semi-inground Extruder pool. The quality of the pool and warranty is what sold us - I feel confident this pool is going to be in our yard for many many years. I didn’t get the same comfort looking at the competitors pools.
Robert was amazing to work with. It is obvious he truly cares about his customers. He answered all the questions we had along the way, checked in throughout the process and gave a tutorial on running the pool after it was in and ready to use.
