I really like the people that work in this branch BUT please do something about the drive-through ATM which seems to be broken every other day. I feel like when I need to make an after hours cash deposit there’s a 50% chance I will be wasting my time because the machine will be broke yet again. Again the people are GREAT…the equipment is broken.

I would like to know why your employees were not wearing masks yesterday. I know they are behind a plexiglass barrier but it is not airtight and has openings to complete transactions that virus particles can travel through. I know it is your company policy for all employees to wear mask at your retail branches. Will be commenting on a corporate level....shame on you.

Worst Citibank branch I've ever seen in terms of their equipment. There is ALWAYS something broken here. Today, the drive up ATM screen was failing, and the ATM inside was out of service.....amazing! There have been many missteps here. I would always go to the other branch on Hicksville Road in Bethpage by Central Avenue. It's a shame they closed that bank. A much better branch.
