  It was late, and the office was about to close, but I decided to stop by anyway. The representative took the time to walk me through all the details and explain the process clearly. Right after that, I started moving my things in right away. Dealing with CubeSmart has been a fantastic experience.

  Smooth easy and affordable transaction
  Office staff took the time to explain all the ins and outs of renting the storage unit

  They were great. Very convenient and my unit is on the outside you drive right up to it at an affordable price. I woulda gave them 5 stars however after a few months my rent increased significantly not cool. I feel trapped cause I don't wanna lose my drive up access!
