I don’t often review but decided that my positive experience with CubeSmart of Bethpage deserved my compliments. I was assisted with courtesy and professionalism by Chris and Nataly before and after my lease signing. The entire process was clearly explained with no surprises. My thanks to both of them. It should also be noted that the facility is secure and clean.

The review written below was from quite possibly a year ago. Life happens and has crazy twists and turns.
THE ONLY CONSTANT and COMFORT in today’s confusion, is the professional help, guidance, zero judgement zone that Chris creates and breathes into this building. He always makes the situation seem like it is normalcy ( even though it is far from it)

The consummate gentleman, and why I trust Cubesmart . I am used to dealing with “ the certain persons storage” around the corner for close to 10 years. Thank you for Chris and I hope this is your standard, this BAR is DIAMOND STATUS.
Chris might possibly be your biggest asset to your location. I have had storage units in the area for almost 10 years. I have NEVER experienced such friendly, knowledgeable and professional behavior and customer service as this gentleman gives each and every time I am in his presence. Thank YOU for hiring him .

My small unit price was raised to a ridiculous amount. The Cubesmart rep only offered me a lower price after I continued to complain over 3 times. I have been a good paying customer for over 3 years. I was quite disappointed and will make every effort to leave Cubesmart.

The prices to secure a storage locker couldn't have been easier. I was able to get a 10' x 15' locker in the first floor and all through the website. Stopped by today and the locker was that, just broke the deal and the lock and information was inside. Perfect.

Chris and Natalie were extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I had no issues creating the reservation online and the process to finish everything up in person went very smoothly!! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Huge shout out to Chris the manager at CubeSmart in Bethpage! Rented a unit in the facility and he was extremely helpful ,pleasant and courteous!! CubeSmart is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

We had to change our storage facility and I'm glad we went with this one. Opening an account was straightforward and they are very professional. The facility itself is very clean, secure, and efficient.

My experience with cube smart was wonderful. I was with them for a couple of years and never had any issues. The place is always so quiet and they have big carts you can use for all your belongings. I would be using it forever however I purchased a home and no longer need the unit. The move out of my unit was literally 10 minutes. It was super easy. I recommend everyone to use cub smart for all your storage needs.
