There’s an ongoing Amazon gift card scam at this store that management is neglecting. Twice I’ve bought them as gifts for people only for numbers to be scratched off the back and the card redeemed. You’re forced to jump through hoops and call corporate customer service to even attempt a refund.

I visited this CVS and the young woman at the register was so helpful and sweet. She even signed me up for a CVS extra care card after telling me all the perks of it. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and likes her job. God bless!!!

The girl at the counter was rude. She didn't want to help me exchange my product. Granted I made a mistake but I asked for an even exchange except I couldn't use my coupons or extra bucks I had used online. I have never experienced this at any other CVS I have been to. I believe she just didn't want to do her job.

Came to the pharmacy at 9am to puck up my meds because I got an alert it was ready. I was told to come back at 3pm. Got there at 348pm and it still was not ready. The pharmacist was very rude and did not look at me pleading for my meds.

Karim, unfortunately has not been taught any customer service. I needed to purchase a skin care product that was locked. He was very unhappy that he had to take the time to come over and unlock the cabinet. He had an awful attitude. This is not how I wanna be treated nor should anyone else.

The CVS pharmacy on S.O.B Road in Bethpage is a bunch of crooks. Today I picked up two scripts totalling $641.00. When questioning the pharmacist as to the outrageous charge, she said call your insurance or there may be a gap as well. I called my insurance and they said that CVS doesn't take my insurance and they penalized me because of the final refill scripts. The pharmacist could have easily explained this to me but decided to keep this info from me. Going forward, I will be using an outside pharmacy which will provide me with a 90 day supply of my scripts and a cost of $0. You have seen the last of me as of today. Let your customer know ahead of time if you take their insurance instead of you giving them a generic answer!! There are other pharmacies out there should I need something over the counter. I hope many of you read this and take your business elsewhere. Don't become a victim to their dishonesty!!

This pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE. They barely acknowledge you standing to pick up the prescription. Staff is moody, not willing to help customers, the wait is ridiculously long. Yup!! Exactly!! Why should they care, they are there to punch their time card to make money. God forbid if they’ll go above and beyond to help their customers. It’s against their law.
I mean, come one. For Gods sake, hire trained staff in customer service.

My visits are usually pleasant but this last visit on Friday March 8th was not! I encountered a Cashier name Jayeeta who was checking my items while talking with her coworker. A few times I'd to ask her to please pay attention to what she was doing. After looking over my receipt I noticed my coupons discounts weren't on my receipt. When I asked for a explanation she couldn't give me one, so I asked for a Manager. The Manager was cold & indifferent. After returning all my purchases & then attempted to repurchase them he discovered the coupons had expired. Now why couldn't the cashier tell me this?

No changes needed. I observed that this store is well stocked. It was also quite refreshing to see someone my age at the counter. Long story short, they were friendly, receptive, well stocked, and extremely helpful. In my opinion this store gets a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. Great job!

This is the worst pharmacy in the USA I travel for work and I haven't ever been treated so rudely so unprofessional by the staff and especially the pharmacist. If you look their good ratings are over a year ago if you see the recent ones they are terrible for good reason. Don't try to call you'll be on hold for ever and more than once they will answer and then hang up right away so you have to call back and hold for ever again!!! Not a good perception to start. Stay away from this place there are half dozen cvs within 10 mins of here go anywhere but here. If they continue to treat people this way they will go out of business. Tip of the iceberg pharmacists should know the rules for filling stuff and when this place doesn't almost made me wait two extra days when I didn't have to.. We as patients feel for them over worked and understaffed but that's when you treat people nice to retain business not treat us like for your sanity go anywhere except here.

Horrid experiences with this pharmacy on several occasions. Whether you are there at 125pm and they ignore you because lunch is at 130pm and then tell you to come back after 2:00pm or they don't have the drug that insurance approved and you have to drive 35 minutes out of your way to pick it up from another CVS Pharmacy and when they are supposed to be filling the remainder of the prescription they tell you that it's not their problem because they submitted it improperly as a refill instead of the remaining pills and they won't help you and they refer you back to your insurance company. Or they tell you your insurance doesn't pay for the drug and it's going to cost you $1,000 like it's something everybody can afford but then you pull up with the insurance company on speakerphone and the insurance company schools them on how to do their job and miraculously the insurance goes through. The best is that they actually hang up on you after they make the mistakes and they're rude to you. Customer service doesn't exist. And the wait time on the phone is approximately an average of 40 minutes at a time.

I've never been compelled to leave a review before, but my recent experience at this pharmacy was so frustrating that I felt it necessary to share. The service here is abysmal, with consistently long wait times and an understaffed team that clearly doesn't care about the customers.The wait times are nothing short of ridiculous, and it seems like the pharmacy is always understaffed. I don't understand why they can't manage their resources better to provide a more efficient service. The staff, when present, appear disinterested and indifferent to the needs of the customers.I've been to other pharmacies where the service is efficient, staff are attentive, and wait times are reasonable. Unfortunately, this pharmacy falls far short of those standards. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to enhance their service quality.I strongly recommend looking for alternatives if you value your time and expect a basic level of customer service.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. The wait times for either in store or drive through pharmacy Pick-up is ridiculous. The majority of the time prescriptions were called in hours before and it's still not ready.
