The older pharmacist is rude. All her staff is scared of her. She has no empathy to anyone here. 0 to customer service.
My prescription was $370 and I asked if the insurance is attached because I have the insurance. Without saying anything she snatched the medicine from the assistant and went behind her table to the back. When asked she said too late. Will do it tomorrow. I understand that it was 10 minutes to the closing and had no issues coming the following day but her attitude was unacceptable. This is my second visit here and both the instances with her have been very rude. I hope corporate reads this and has her trained on customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This continues to be the worst CVS in the area. The pharmacy staff is beyond rude and discriminatory with off handed remarks and comments. I’ve bought 2 400 gift cards from this location that happen to be fraudulent and was told to keep calling numbers because it might take you a while to get to the right person. It is by far the worst customer service. I asked 3 different people where to locate an item and was told 3 different aisles. Everytime I walk in here, I’m more upset when I walk out. I literally left my items behind because I just couldn’t deal. Please get better people who work here because I rather drive farther to another pharmacy.

Gaby behind the counter is extremely rude. She is constantly pressuring people to move from the regular line to self checkout (even if they are carrying 30 plus items). I’ve seen her do this several times and most of the time, people object and it causes a disagreement. Strange behavior and not sure why she continues to do it.

Worse phone service ever, no one ever picks up your calls, and you get attitude when you get thru, changing my pharmacy.

Bought 2 fraudulent gift cards at this location. When I called to let them know they had fraudulent gift cards on their shelves, the manager told me “we have no control over that” and told me to call corporate. Great customer service!

The pharmacy was great - the person who helped me made sure I got the available discount when he rung me up and the pharmacist came from behind the counter to help me find the best OTC cold meds for my mom that wouldn’t interact with her current meds. Overall, really happy to have people there who genuinely care about helping.
