“The edible arrangements were so good I wish I took pictures.. it was for my sister’s wedding and honestly every body ate through it so quickly!!
The strawberries and bananas were so fresh and sweet the best part of it was I took some home and 2 days later they still tasted fresh!! I think this might be my go to spot. Highly recommended”
“I just bought these beautiful salt & pepper shakers with matching napkin holder. I just have to say how incredibly impressed I was! The attention to detail on the painted flowers is incredible. Not only was I happy with the products, the packaging....? chef's kiss! I literally felt like I opened a gift from my mom. Enjoyed the handwritten note. Personal touch is what I loved the most. Shipping was super fast. Thank you very much, Sharon. I will definitely be purchasing more items from your store.”

“Krista and staff were hired to bring their “scent bar” to my sisters bridal shower as entertainment/favors for the guests! After the shower guests were literally calling and texting raving about their perfumes and the idea itself! This was such an awesome addition to our event !”

“Such a beautiful experience The lovely women that own this beautiful store what an experience I will definitely be back ? I had a certain nostalgia to knowing my mom had been one of their customers quite some time ago ??☘️?”
“I was looking for a special gift for my birth mother who I am meeting for the first time. The 3D photo image of me and engraving with the special name she calls me since we started talking came out beyond my expectations! As an artist myself I can say I am definitely impressed with the details, I have a feeling my birth mother will love it just as much as I do! I also got two keychain versions for my birth siblings! Amazing customer service…thanks Oriel!”
“Bill you are master extraordinaire professionally and mire importantly one of the nicest and gracious person I’ve met in my life. cristine and I always look forward to seeing your smile and of course Eric for you are always sooo pleasant.”
“I visited Wit & Whim for the first time last Saturday with my little sister for a Charm making event. The store is so charming and inviting, just as Jacquelyn and her staff.
From the moment I stepped in, it was like I stepped into a different moment in time where women gathered, shared stories and remedies, crafted, and shared specially curated gifts with one another.
The store itself houses many unique items, both acquired throughout time and handcrafted.
During the event, my sister and I collectively created a bold bag charm, simple bracelet, and a reminiscent necklace. We had a lovely chat with Jacquelyn, discussing the charms and their origins, while sharing personal stories, and pouring so much of ourselves into the new pieces we're taking home.
After purchasing our items from the charm event, we had another thorough look around and of course, couldn't leave without purchasing another piece each to whisk away.
We look forward to our next visit to support your small business!”
“My go to place for any special one of a kind gifts for others and for myself! Such a warm and positive environment, and best energy from everyone who works there as well. Went to go buy a gift for my son’s girlfriend, and found the most beautiful, perfect necklace…best part was I learned that it was made by a local artist Laurie who just so happened to be working at the Hive when I purchased it! Synchronicity:) There’s something so special about meeting the artist who invested so much time and heart into something. Thank you to Laura and Laurie for bringing this cherished space to Oyster Bay.”
“Edible Arrangements in Plainview is our go to spot for closing gifts and holiday orders. We consistently rely on them for special occasions and they always deliver.
This past Christmas, I had the chance to meet the owner and their family when I placed a last minute order for a few arrangements. They had everything ready in less than two hours, which was incredibly impressive.
The quality is always good, they are very accommodating, and consistently professional. I love seeing a family owned location deliver such a phenomenal experience while also teaching the next generation about business. Highly recommend supporting this location.”
“I bought quite a few things for Christmas here and they are all beautiful unique pieces. The clothing is gorgeous and the childrens clothing is absolutely adorable and well made. The owner is an angel. She is lovely and so helpful.”
“A great store. What a wonderful owner. A pure gentleman. The store has plenty of lovely merchandise. The prices are fair. A great place for your holiday needs. In addition, pop in and browse
the jewelry”
““I recently visited Hanalei and kula’s and it was an enchanting experience. The store exudes a delightful blend of fun and romance, creating a unique atmosphere. Their curated collection features high-end clothing from renowned designers like Magnolia Pearl and more .What sets this place apart is the owner’s personal touch – not only curating fashion but also crafting their own exquisite perfumes. This store in the heart of beautiful cold spring harbor is a treasure trove where you can discover exceptional finds. A must-visit for those who appreciate quality and distinctive style!””
“Outstanding experience with Amy!
I stopped in last minute desperately looking for some small gifts my employees before a team appreciation event. In 30 mins, Amy helped me select some unique boutique personalized gifts, packaged them up in beautiful gift bags and I was able to make my LIRR train into the city for the event.
The store, itself, has unique offerings, very clean, and nicely organized! Amy was extremely helpful and I was able to help me find some fall candle scents, gold pens and gold bookmarks (unlike anything Ive ever seen).
I highly recommend and will easily return to explore other amazing products at the store. Thank you, tremendously, Amy!”
“I wish i had the photos from 1998 . This store has been around since my childhood. Many good memories . Owners are always nice. A lot of good buys for home or apparel”
“Thank you for always being there and helping me get through various holidays and special occasions. You’ve been kind enough to donate to my firehouse’s fundraiser back to back years. You also have some of the kindest people working there!”
“This place is so awesome! Friendliest people I've met in so long. Super attentive and warm, welcoming, and courteous. Very kind people with excellent service and attention to detail. So happy to have walked into this storefront and met the staff. Super clean super pro.”
“I have to be honest—after two incredibly frustrating calls with other Edible Arrangements locations, I was bracing myself for yet another letdown when I reached out to the Melville store. On Valentine’s Day morning at 11:37 AM, I placed an “hour delivery” order for a sweet surprise for my son’s pre-K teachers—something small but meaningful, especially as I’d be attending their class party later that afternoon. By the time I arrived at the school at 1:45 PM and the teachers hadn’t received anything, my heart sank. The clock was ticking, school ended at 2:30, and I had spent over $100 on what was now looking like a missed moment.
I called the original store I placed the order with—one I’d already given over $300 in business that same day—and not only were they unhelpful, they were borderline rude. No accountability, no urgency, no “let’s fix this.” Just excuses and attitude. I was told it wasn’t their responsibility, redirected to another store, and hung up more frustrated than when I started. The second location? Even worse. I was told, verbatim, “there’s no such thing as one-hour delivery on a holiday.” And when I pushed back, I was talked over, dismissed, and ultimately rushed off the phone with zero resolution. At that point, I was ready to call corporate and demand a refund across the board.
And then… I saw the email confirmation—it pointed to Edible Arrangements in Melville. Honestly? I was ready to fight.
But the moment I spoke to Erika, Brandy, Maria, and Mike, everything shifted. They were kind. They were calm. They were solutions-focused, even though this mess had nothing to do with them. Instead of deflecting blame, they said: “We’ll make it right.” And they meant it.
Not only did they track down the order, reroute it, and ensure it was delivered within 15 minutes, but they also added two extra items—on their own dime—as an apology for the delay. That kind of service is rare. And that kind of heart? Even rarer.
Let me be clear: the Melville team saved the face of two other stores that completely dropped the ball. I won’t call those stores out by name (because I’m not here to publicly drag businesses), but I will say this: I’ll never order from them again. Melville is the only Edible Arrangements I’ll ever use from this point forward.
Corporate should be thanking Erika, Brandy, Maria, and Mike—not just for protecting the brand, but for truly embodying what customer service is supposed to look like. Their professionalism, empathy, and hustle turned a disaster into a reminder that good people still exist—and they just happen to work in Melville.
To anyone placing an order: Don’t risk your money—or your special moments—on stores that can’t follow through. Go with Melville. Every time.
Thank you again to the entire team—you didn’t just deliver fruit, you delivered hope. And I’ll never forget it.”
“Went here to pick up some quick Mother's Day gifts - you can't be surprised that the prices are a tiny bit higher than normal, it's a boutique and they have some really good quality stuff!I don't think I'd necessarily buy clothes from here as that's what has the heftiest price tag - but their house decor and little gifts are SO cute!!!They have an extensive jewelry section and the cutest little trinkets - even gifts for baby showers, bride-to-bes, etc.I'm so glad they moved closer to me (they used to be in Seaford) and I can't wait to come back! The owner is also really really sweet :)”

“Great place to shop for last minute gifts. I love the bracelet they carry. The ladies that work there are always helpful and go out of their way to gift wrap for you.”
“The pharmacy has changed its name to Health Logix. Inside, you'll find a unique focus on whole-person wellness, across a wide range of curated products and services.”
“The store is great but had a horrible experience with an associate named Maria..was in the store with my mom looking around looking when we asked the associate Maria for help looking for an item she pointed and said they’re over but they are out of your price range. When we said excuse me she repeated “they are out of your price range”. It shouldn’t matter what the price range is for us we’re customers , looking to spend money and this associate made the experience horrible. Luckily the other associate was sweet and corrected her immediately but now we know we’ll just be shopping online or another location.”

“Dodds & Eder recently completed a patio and stone wall project at our home in Roslyn. Our experience with Tim Barry, Director of Landscape Design, and his crew was amazing. Tim is extremely creative and flexible. He listened to our wishes for the look and feel we wanted to achieve and presented a great design for our property. We appreciated that Tim always made himself available and was responsive to our many questions. The crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly each day and provided beautiful, conscientious craftsmanship. They were meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the day. We so appreciate that when our project began, the work continued each day through completion.Next up, landscaping in the spring with Dodds & Eder.Without hesitation we would recommend Dodds & Eder for projects of this type. Suffice it to say, our property has been transformed along with our enjoyment of it! Thank you so much Dodds & Eder! The Abramsons”

“I can't say I agree with the last reviews. I ignored them and went up there instead because I did need some emergency supplies. I was greered and welcomed as soon as I walked in lol there are 3 Hispanic ladies they were helping others too, there was one standing by the door & 2 by the counter (witch is normal) The one that was by the door usually helps you look for stuff lol they're not watching you. Maybe you think they're watching you because you where really trying to steal! Idk what dummy would steal from a spirtual shop lol But I didn't get that vibe from them. I got everything that I needed, she even offered to order me something that they did not have in stock. I will definitely be back when I come to New York again!”
