Had a few heroes last week. 2 chicken cutlet and 2 Italian. The 5 star is for the heroes. Absolutely great. Top notch. Only item which could use some improvement are the salads. We've all had macaroni, coleslaw and potato salad and most times we all say it's ok. They were ok but I wish they were homemade. Nothing better than homemade. Again, the heroes are GREAT.

I am regular customer of that store for few years and today i had The worst experience in my life at this store Employee name is ***** , she looks very old and has grey hair , wearing glasses , she insulted me and disrespected me plus did not want to provide service , I came to the store at 9 45 pm and I guess she was lazy to work in her last minutes of shift , store closes at 10 pm When I asked what the problem she said to **** *** , very rude and disgusting I asked her last name she said its not my business Manager of that store must teach their employees of manner I think owner should pay attention on employees like that because their destroy your busness More they hurt more you lose customers

Great variety of products, they have a great deli- the individual with a pony tail slices the BEST cold cuts. Only him though. My dad will literally only see that worker to cut his cold it's. The prices are expensive though otherwise all over the store. They did have ripe avocados which was exciting but I paid $8 for four avocados which is ridiculous i don't think i ever paid that much before.

This complaint is for the Rockville centre N.Y.store the store is never sanitised but yet they will not take back a baby brush that was bought by mistake they said no returns because of corna if you want to play the corna game then you should sanitize the store wipe the key pads and check out area not even a wipe when you walk in the store very upset about this dont think I'll shop there anymore From a loyal king kullen customer I shop this store at least 3 4 times a week

This complaint relates to the Hampton Bays store, let me explain, today 1/8/2020 I approched the counter that handles a varity of things, including check outs. When I went to check-out with my purchase, cantaining a cold cut, role and a bag of chips, I was told to go to the counters that had at least 3 customers, the clerk insisted, the asst. manager insisted and the store manager insisted. I was mad that they required that I stand on line, rather than except my purchase, when there was no one at this window.

For years King Kullen was one of the giant supermarkets in my area! Bethpage Taxi and Airport Service is close so we usually make a run to this place at least one or twice a week! A great selection and fantastic staff here make this our go to supermarket!
