It's not clear from their website or signage, but you need to work with a designer/upholsterer to shop here.

Just recently purchased two tables, four chairs and two bar stools that are made by Kravet. I was told that the furniture is the best money can buy. However, I was also warned that it is extremely pricey. I spent well over $10,000 for these items. After only 16 months I saw unusually poor quality and poor wear on the finish of these tables. I am known to be a bit on the "compulsive" side when it comes to taking care of my home and my furnishings. Everything is in pristine condition. Well, I did get a credit on my coffee table, but the dining table is still at the refinishers that Kravet sent it to. The gentleman couldn't get over the poor condition, not to mention the poor design of the table. There is a large inlayed glass that sits in a large grove in the table. Whenever anyone gets any moisture near that inlayed glass the moisture gets in the grove and just stays there. It literally takes three of us to lift the glass up so I could wipe up the moisture and crumbs that get stuck in the inlayed glass area. The deigner that sold me the table clearly made an error in recommending this table for me. We are a large family and we use the table daily. To make a long story short, I had the folks completely redesign the table. They took out the glass and made a Parsons Table. This cost me over $700.00. The good for nothing designer, who is WDI, in San Diego, CA (did I mention I spend over $100,000.00 with these people?) took no interest whatsoever. And, the slug I talked with at Kravet was very little help. Quite honestly, both of these tables were pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM KRAVET. You will waste your money. Also, when choosing a designer be very careful. I trusted her and she failed me.

Big THANKS to "Chris", my hero for the day. He helped me muddle through a couple of frustrating accounting issues. He was very helpful. He definitely deserves a day off after dealing with all of my inquiries. If you are his manager, please let him know how much he is appreciated! -PD
