Wonderful experience amazing advice was given to me. The staff was extremely kind and nice. Christine helped me get everything that I needed and not anything more. Arrows my tech is a really cool guy helped me and explained everything was OK and everything that wasn’t OK with my car. He did the alignment wonderfully just like I asked him and all overall experience was amazing.

Had two tires changed at Mavis Tire and the service was great! They were fast, efficient, and got me back on the road in no time. Definitely appreciated the quick turnaround—will be coming back for future tire needs.

I stopped by the Mavis Discount Tire on the corner of Hempstead Turnpike and Hicksville Road around 4:30 PM. Neptali was helping several customers at once, but his professionalism and patience stood out right away. He treated everyone with respect and made sure each person felt heard.
He let me know it might be a bit of a wait since they were short-staffed, but I didn’t mind. I could see how hard he and the team were working to take care of every car that pulled into the bay. I’d rather wait a little longer and know the job is being done right than rush through it and have to come back later.
Even though the shop closes at 6:00 PM, they stayed well past closing to finish my car. That kind of dedication means a lot, and I truly appreciate the extra effort.
Thank you to Neptali and the whole team for staying late and making sure everything was taken care of. You’ve definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be coming back whenever I need service.

Had an early appointment for an oil change and inspection. Even though the time was a little later than they said it would be ready, they were super accommodating and moved fast to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommended. I had TERRIBLE experience at other companies in the past but I won’t get anywhere else now

Arrived at 3:20have a base 2018 wrangler sport JL they looked at my car 1hr later for 3 minutes to tell me they can’t do an alignment on my specific Wrangler because of a traction bar, wouldn’t that mean you can’t do any JL wrangler?
Then I say it was a waste of an hour means no wrangler can get alignment here and they say well the technician wasted his time how the three minutes he drove my Wrangler compared to my 1hr. Makes sense!!!

I went to Mavis as I had 2 back tires that needed attention. They found that I also needed some equipment changed by the 2 front tires. They gave me an excellent discount and fixed it right away. Thank you Mavis
