Roadrunner does a great job in keeping customers aware of their availability and quotes on a daily basis. Once contracted, in my case for $960 on an open carrier, they let me know they had a driver available that same day. Unfortunately, the price increased to about $1300 because the car could not be started so it would have to be winched onto the trailer. That seemed a bit steep for a three minute winch job but by then it was too late to shop around. The car arrived the next day and we pushed it off the trailer and it arrived safe and sound.

5* -- would highly recommend. Great communication throughout the entire process, including on which vendor/carrier we can choose/decline. Seamless pick up process. Well documented overall. Seamless delivery process. Would use again and again.

I was skeptical at first in picking a company and so far road runner made everything so easy the drivers communicated thru the whole process car was intact and delivered at a timely manner . I would use the again and again ..

So far good. Past few months been in contact with Eric from RoadRunner to send car from Massachusetts to California. Sent yesterday evening. Excellent communication a representative called to arrange date and time of pick up. The(terms of service policy) sent via email. Party in California signed sent back. Carrier Belaz picked up the 🚗 they were professional, prompt and respectful. Rough estimate 9 to10 days to arrive without unforseen issues. Will update after arrival.

Experience has been very good, all 3 trips to Nevada from New York ( confirmation must be reviewed for proper dates requested) and as a new customer using the transportation service they were always informative and helpful. Thank you Patrick and staff for your continued support and service.

I have used roadrunner to send vehicles across country before but this last time I was very disappointed and won’t use them again. I contracted 30 days in advance and was quoted a rate. 2 days before vehicle pick up they said they would be a day late and also said it would cost almost 50 percent more. I felt like a hostage. Then the drop off was also late even though I was told throughout it was on time. I had to reach out to find out the drop off was delayed. Find another carrier.

I had an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience with Road Runner Transport. My car was delivered a full week later than promised, and every single day I was told the exact same thing: “It will be delivered tomorrow.” Tomorrow never came.
What made this even worse was the blatant dishonesty. During one phone call with the company that I assume Road Runner subcontracted my transport with, I overheard a supervisor tell the representative to “just make up an excuse.” That alone should tell you everything about how this company operates.
I purchased this vehicle with 54 miles, the night my car finally arrived I received a call that the driver was outside. When I went outside I didn't see a transport truck, all that I saw was my car in my driveway and another vehicle in the street. When I questioned the driver he told me the transport truck was up the road and it had some mechanical issues. When I opened my car door the cabin was very hot and the odometer read 105.4 miles. When I confronted the driver he asked me to just please sign so he can leave. They drove my car 51 miles without authorization and then lied about their transport truck having mechanical issues. Nothing they told me ever lined up, and I was constantly misled.
If you value honesty, communication, and actually receiving your vehicle on time, do not use this company. I regret trusting them and would never recommend them to anyone.

Great communication from booking my car being transported, to e mails and phone calls of progress of shipment and driver doing a great job unloading .driver is an asset to your company….pricing very reasonable…..car arrived in perfect condition!

I shipped my baby (Bronco) from MS to CA. I dropped her off immaculately clean. When I received her yesterday she had some dust but other than that - beautiful. Things or delays happen when shipping, know that, but the company and drivers did an excellent job communicating with me and kept me up to date. This is the 4th time shipping vehicles with Road Runner. I’ll use them again! Thx

Terrible sales rep and company. I’ve been calling for a few days now and my rep has not called back. My scheduled pickup was 01/12 and I am on the way to Florida and my car is still in Iowa. I have to have my car by the 18th to start work on the 19th. This has been in the books since 12/31, I do not recommend this company.
