I haven’t written a review for TD Bank yet since my account is still fairly new, but after today’s experience, I just had to share! Every time I call customer service, I’m always met with the most cheerful and helpful representatives — even during times when I’m quite literally monetarily losing it (lol). Somehow, they always manage to put a smile on my face.
Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Athena regarding a balance inquiry and a check my husband deposited on Friday. She was so bright and cheery — you could practically hear her smile through the phone! She went above and beyond to help resolve my concerns and answered all my questions with such patience and positivity. Truly top-notch service.
This isn’t a one-time thing either. Every time I’ve called, the service has been consistently excellent. And it’s not just over the phone — their in-branch service is just as amazing. The Bethpage branch, in particular, has been a joy to visit. Viviane and Armand are always so warm and welcoming with the biggest smiles. I actually sent them Crumbl cookies once to say thank you for the exceptional service they’ve provided to me and my husband.
TD Bank has never let me down when it comes to resolving issues or simply providing excellent customer support. Whether on the phone or in person, their team is always ready to help — and always with a smile. Highly recommend TD Bank for all your banking needs!

Think your funds are safe here? Think again! Smug associate after a disagreement withdrew $100 from my checking account. A physical withdrawal. Manager Marina is no better, she is very rude and her attitude is you are privilaged to give them your money and they can do whatever they want with it. look at your checking account agreement, read the fine print. They can withdraw money from your account at their discretion at any time. Not a bank fee or bounced check fee, a physical withdrawal as if you went and requested cash from your bank account. These corporations are doing whatever they want.

Bad bad really bad services, the lady didn’t want to open my bank account at 12:20 pm on Saturday, she said I have to schedule an appointment, full of excuses to not work…. She was gonna just sit there doing nothing until 1:00 pm to close the office.

Never enough people helping. Even when there is a line to the door and I can see presentatives full in the cubicles...no one helps. This is the slowest bank that I believe I've been to.

Worst bank I’ve ever gone. I wanted to open a new account bc it’s close to my home. I waited an hour only to find out they can’t entertain me bc it’s a new account and they are closing, in spite of registering for the transaction with their QR code displayed inside the bank. No system to let client aware ahead of time that requested transaction is being cancelled.

The bankers wont even make an eye contact to tell you or give you a heads up how long you have to wait for them. If asked they would not prefer to answer you. Pretending they dont know how long youve been waiting for them for a 2 min transaction. There is nothing optuon for 0 star.

Would do Zero stars, but thats not an option.Went on Saturday to open additional accounts, was told "we dont have a banker today, come back tomorrow"...went back on Sunday, at 1:15 (they close at 2)...told "why did you come so late, we cant help you today", you have to come back....In Bethpage, this branch is America's most INCONVENIENT Bank...
