“Roadrunner does a great job in keeping customers aware of their availability and quotes on a daily basis. Once contracted, in my case for $960 on an open carrier, they let me know they had a driver available that same day. Unfortunately, the price increased to about $1300 because the car could not be started so it would have to be winched onto the trailer. That seemed a bit steep for a three minute winch job but by then it was too late to shop around. The car arrived the next day and we pushed it off the trailer and it arrived safe and sound.”

“The Nassau Inter-County Express runs as efficient today as the first time I utilized the service about a decade ago in my opinion. The service goes all the way to areas in Queens through Nassau County and even has stops in Massapequa and the Amityville railroad station in Suffolk County.Arriving back to the NY area I was surprised the routes I needed weren't cut or operating less frequent than normal.
