“At first sight this place looks kinda shady, but I gotta tell ya Ricky who works is the nicest guy ever!! So helpful, very honest and just the sweetest! He answered all my questions, showed me every option, just helped me out tremendously with making my decision… then after my purchase of supplies I was so excited I ran out the door without the box everything came in… I called a lil while later after I realized I forgot the charger and instructions and extra pods & he said “I tried running after u but u took off” lol so when I went back, he was kind enough to stand outside so he can run it to my car! You can always count on this place to be open, unlike the place down the block lol, they have ur supplies and just friend and clean!! I highly recommend the smoke and vape shop for all your vaping needs!! 100%”

“This place is utterly amazing! You just can’t find Customer Service like this anymore!!! David, what can I say about him… He is absolutely amazing! Always has a friendly demeanor, a great big smile on his face (now that I can see it with no mask:) but even with the mask, you can always tell that this boy is smiling and happy to see you and provides impeccable customer service that cannot be touched! He always goes above and beyond finding you the exact product you are looking for… And if he can’t find the exact one, he always has something to recommend first hand…and that is truly a gifted salesmen knowing that’s he’s recommending bc he knows it’s good or it’s not! And he never lies to you… He’ll tell you if he thinks that it’s not the best version of it but it’s “OK” and honesty like that in any given store these days… Is almost unfounded!! This store is always clean, it’s got the best products, and the people there (even Kayla is awesome bc she’s helped quite a few times and always gives you service that is top notch)! I would highly recommend the store… It’s just worth a 20 star rating! “I stopped in this store after work to buy some premium cigars. They have a great selection of both cigars and beer. I gave my Driver's License to one of the employees in order to make my purchase however I accidentally left it at the front counter of the store. About a little over an hour later I realized I misplaced my driver's license and immediately called the store. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. I later drove back to the store and retrieved my identification. I would like to take this time to thank the staff for their professionalism and helpfulness.
