Pharmacist with the eyeballs that look like bat wings deleted my daughter‘s prescription because she realized her name appeared in the system twice, so instead of doing the prescription and then making her in the system once she made her in the system once which deleted her prescription. she did absolutely nothing to get the prescription back. I drove there twice to not get my prescription.

Walked in to buy a few snacks and some body soap just to be followed around the store that was so disgusting and ignorant all black people don’t steal I felt so uncomfortable I just grabbed my belongings and left the store I don’t even want my prescriptions filled at the store anymore

I had a customer trying to pick up a FedEx package and they were very combative and rude throughout the experience. I would highly suggest choosing a different FedEx location for this

Walgreens gave me a wrong prescription and when I returned it they did correct it but reversed the charge. I paid $450 for the prescription which met my insurance deductible. When trying to fill another prescription they tell me my deductible is not met. They never refunded me the $450 and won't fill my new prescription for the normal copay. They want me to pay an additional $438. So sorry I chose to change to this prescription plan.

I placed an online order for some freeze product on 3/22 for pickup and by the time I reached home I could smell the items in the bag did not smell so good. The products expired from Mar 7th

I have been a CVS customer for years, when we lived in Queens, and for the last 3 years in Levittown. We used the CVS in Levittown, and left them for some reason, and went to Levittown in Hicksville. Hated it from day one. We were too lazy to switch. Something happened recently that made us wanting to never go back to CVS. We transferred all of our prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens. Extremely happy with the customer service in the pharmacy. I started complimenting the staff to someone who I thought was the manager, ended up she was a pharmacist. But all of her coworkers heard me, everyone of them smiled and appreciated my warm thoughts. My next receipt I will scan the QR code and give a good review there also.Keep up the good work.
