I have been a CVS customer for years, when we lived in Queens, and for the last 3 years in Levittown. We used the CVS in Levittown, and left them for some reason, and went to Levittown in Hicksville. Hated it from day one. We were too lazy to switch. Something happened recently that made us wanting to never go back to CVS. We transferred all of our prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens. Extremely happy with the customer service in the pharmacy. I started complimenting the staff to someone who I thought was the manager, ended up she was a pharmacist. But all of her coworkers heard me, everyone of them smiled and appreciated my warm thoughts. My next receipt I will scan the QR code and give a good review there also.Keep up the good work.

Very good service. The girl wearing a red holiday sweater customer service is amazing. All the staffs are great. I recommend this place for everyone.

I will never shop in that store again…they sell fake visa vanilla gift cards …I purchased a $100 one and the recipient told me she tried to use it twice and it didn’t work…vanilla customer service is a joke because u can’t speak to a human…they tell u gift card number is invalid and hang up…Walgreens could care less…they show me printout that card was activated and that’s it …no refunds on gift cards …nice racket they have …tried to fight it with my bank and they said Walgreens showed purchase was valid ….are u kidding ????

If I could give this PHARMACY ZERO stars I would. They apparently feel like calling people everyday, but when going to get the prescription its not filled. Pharmacist is a joke and had no care that I have been told for 2 weeks that my prescription was ready to come in and SHOCKER its not, but it will be ready tomorrow only to find out ITS NOT. How much longer until this PHARMACY kills someone with its negligence? If it wasnt for the fact that my insurance is making me use them I wouldn't be.

Had a script from massapequa sent to them for UTI. I was stuck on a boat for 24 hours so I was very uncomfy at this time. I called ahead and let them know I was 25 minutes driving away and my regular pharmacy sent it as they did not have the medication in stock. I was assured it would be filled when I got there waited another 20 minutes, was late to babysit my nephew and sat an extra 40 minutes in discomfort. If you need medication swiftly, maybe not the best pharmacy. Have your doc send another script to a different pharmacy.

Nothing goes smoothly. Voic recognition terrible. Out of stock on my diabetes meds. Guess i just go into diabetic shock. Go to cvs.

If I could leave zero stars I would WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PHARMACY HANDS DOWN. The wait times are ridiculous for scripts.

This Walgreens behaves in a highly dangerous manner for a company that is supposed to be providing medication for people who are ill. Walgreens decided that they were not going to call me to tell me how much my prescription costs because THEY felt it was too much money. They did not tell me about a savings plan for the manufacturer, and they did not tell me about good RX. They simply did nothing they did not call my doctor to coordinate a different medication and they did not call me to inform me of the cost. I work in healthcare and know of those resources and sought them out myself. My copay went from $3000 to 0. This should have been the job of the pharmacy to inform of savings plans. Rather, they decided to do nothing. The lack of effort and caring about the job that they're doing is obvious, and something needs to be done to educate their staff on what their job actually is. I will no longer be using a pharmacy where the pharmacists truly don't care about the patients they are serving. Corporate will be notified of the highly dangerous, lazy way their pharmacies are being operated.

Best customer service, exceeding expectations.Late night, We needed some OTC meds and Bethpage is open 24 hrs.I placed an order for-in store pickup, expecting to stop by first thing in the morning.Within minutes, I received a call, two of the items were out of stock, Would I mind substitutions.Of course I don't mind, thanks for the courtesy of a call.So for no additional charge, they up-sized one item, and provided a name brand substitute for generic for the other, At No additional charge!And I received the ready to pickup email in minutes.Clean store, professional service.Thank You Walgreens for being there in time of need!!

Pharmacy line is always very long. It should be for medication only pickup OR, staff more people at the pharmacy so the line moves faster. Pharmacy could be moved to the center of the store so you have "eyes' on the entrance for theft concerns, etc.
