Antique Revival is an upscale antique store. It is not a rural consignment shop where you might hunt for bargains. That said, I was buying an antique mission oak chair, purchased via ebay. Staff was very professional and courteous. Chair was already off the floor and ready to go when I arrived. I was helped with loading. Got me on my way with no muss and fuss. Professional interaction.

I recently purchased from this retailer via Chairish.com, a rather monetarily large purchase and have recieved zero communication from them regarding delivery of this item. It is Absolutley inconceivable. I would not reccomend spending your money with these people.

I have been going here for quite a while and I'll say to those who haven't been, if you intend to travel here to shop but you're used to consignment and most antique stores you will almost certainly walk out empty handed as the prices are usually within the 4 figure range, 99.9% of people have no hope shopping here.
However I still give it four stars due to the exceptional beauty of the store itself. Everything is organized perfectly and the lightning is warm and cozy.

It is worth a visit even if you're not independently wealthy (which I am not). They had a baptismal font (a first) and a truly lovely Tiffany stained glass window featuring St. Joan of Arc. Everything was beautiful although the least expensive thing I found was an amazing Russian icon for about $350. Most other items were in the thousands.
The staff were all friendly and polite and we had a very helpful discussion with one woman who gave us some advice regarding an injury my wife sustained.
But the best part of the whole place, the real reason for going, is Remi. Remi is potentially the sweetest dog I've ever met, and I manage an urgent care vet clinic. The moment he saw us, we were best friends, except he's best friends with absolutely everybody. Seriously, if you have $5,000 to $50,000 dollars to spare, go for the inventory. If not, go for Remi. You won't be sorry.

Hope and her gentleman colleague could not have been more helpful and courteous during our visit today. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome including their dog. Brings a smile to your face to meet such genuine folks. Thank you so much.

Always excellent items. Very nice staff. We have bought alot of items from them and Always treated great. Not your average shop. High quality antiques. Highly recommend, worth the trip, even if you're from out of town
We travel several hours each way to visit.

The workers were very friendly. The antiques were in excellent condition. However, the prices were quite high; for example, you can expect to pay around $1600 for a Tiffany lamp

One of the very few period antique stores in upstate New York. Museum quality items at excellent prices. Exceptionally fine period lighting. In my humble opinion, buying new home furnishings is a waste of money. These pieces, covering different styles/tastes, have stood the test of time, are of quality materials and workmanship. The ultimate eco-friendly way to furnish a home. Something that will continue to serve and not end up in a landfill. A wonderful investment.

Authentic antiques mixed with a few new items. We were told that everything was 40% off but when we checked out the items we purchased were exempt from the sale.
