So frickin awesome. They are so gentle and take their time. Very nice and accurate with their work. This was the best place I’ve ever been too, will definitely be coming back. Hands down the best in town!

I ordered the jasmine pedicure. While the water color was purple, I didn’t smell any jasmine scent. The “technician” that performed the pedicure was either in training or if trained, was trained improperly. The trimming, nipping, grating, filing, and massage of my feet and legs was all painful. She took a nice little chunk out of my big toe that caused it to bleed. I had to request she stop the bleeding before she tried putting nail polish on, which she was in process of doing. When she massaged my feet, she pretty much used her thumb to strongly rub the inside of my foot causing yet another outcry of pain from me. Also, both of my big toes were trimmed crooked. I get feet can be sensitive. I get you need to train people. I even get you may not like your job. I believe the customer should get a choice if they want a trainee. If they’re not given a choice, they should at least be told that their technician is in training and be supervised accordingly. Almost 2 weeks later, and the inside of my left foot still hurts from where I received the atrocious foot massage. Additionally, the tools she used to grate and file my feet were rinsed off in the dirty foot bath and placed back in the tool drawer. I won’t be going back and I do not in any way recommend this nail salon.

I have been to this shop many of times with no issues, until recently. I went a few months without a set of nails and decided to get a new set for vacation. The guy doing my set completely ignored my request and shaped my nails accordingly to what he thought. I showed him a picture twice then tried to explain it and he grabbed my hand back and said “LATER” I left with little round Easter eggs nails. They asked me what color I would like for my pedicure and I said the exact same. The girl doing my pedicure was very rude, rushed through it. The water was cold after I asked for it to be HOT, she even had my toes painted before the half of the spa pedicure was done. At one point I wondered if she thought I was getting just a regular pedicure. She put cuticle oil on my toes and I asked if she was done. I was so confused because the spa pedicure was not done correctly and completely out of order. I got pink nails with a chrome finish. At that point I asked about the chrome finish, she got so mad and started talking to her co worker that did my nails. After 3 hours and how rude the 2 of them were I was ready to go. I paid full price and let the guy who runs the shop know how upset I was. Nothing was done about it except sorry. If I wasn’t leaving for vacation I would have asked for them to be taken off. I spent an hour at home trying to shape them to look decent. I went the next morning to have my toes fixed because it did not match my nails at all and the women who did my pedicure refused to do it and was sitting in a chair falling asleep. I tipped the woman who fixed it well but shame on them!

Well been going to Mona’s for years she has so many different workers cause she rude to her worker her husband who I don’t think is licensed did my daughters pedicure and burned the living hell out of them never going back

I am new to the area and needed to find a new nail salon which is always difficult. I reviewed Mona’s Nails and after reading great reviews and it being so close to where I moved to I was able to get an appointment Saturday morning. I met with Alice and she was lovely and took great care of my nails. I will definitely go back and see Alice. Thank you for a great first time.

We had an appointment for three people to get manicures, one regular, one gel, and one set of acrylics. We were all very pleased with the results and were done in less than an hour. Nail art was done beautifully. The salon is clean, all the staff are very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

Alice was amazing. Under 40 min, she removed my gel (which was overgrown and she didn’t judge), put an extension on one nail, did my cuticles and a perfect paint job, and finished with a hand and shoulder massage, all for only $35. Would definitely come back

Asking for tips.
Absolutely unprofessional. My sister and I usually come to get manicures and pedicures. Today my sister went to get her nails done and when she had paid the lady looked at the pay slip and said "what about tip". Now if you've ever been here they have signs saying cash only tips, and there is an ATM next door. So why would an employee be looking at the slip? Is it cash only or not? Regardless, tips should not be expected. Adjust your pricing accordingly if that's the case.

I had my gel coat nails removed by one of the manicurists at Mona's. She used a grinding tool to remove the polish. She ground down my natural nails and now I have very soft nails and one of my nails bled a bit. My nails will not grow back for months. I would never recommend Mona's because they don't know what they are doing!
