Picking a star is very difficult for me. I am very sad; I thought I had found my forever hairstylist, but disappointment followed. I've seen Katie several times for a cut and low lights. She knows how to do a cut, and I was always happy with my low lights. Prices are very reasonable, and the shop is clean. I was scheduled 8/5/25 for a cut and my low lights, importantly this appointment was made over a month ago. When I arrived, Katie was quick to apologize stating she "was running behind." I was 15 minutes early, so I said no problem. There was a lady in her chair getting a cut and blow dry. Little did I know that the woman sitting next to me waiting her appointment was Katie's client and was getting a cut and a blow dry. Katie completed the woman already in her chair then called up the lady next to me! While Katie was working on her she informed me that she still had a lady who had her roots highlighted and she had to be done with a wash out and blow dry!! At that point it is one half hour after the time my appointment was due, I don't wait for a doctor that long, so due to my frustration at the delay I told her I would call and reschedule, NOT. How do you and more importantly why would you pack your schedule so full and show such disrespect for your customer who never failed to show for an appointment and scheduled far ahead of time? In closing I will not return to this shop.

Took my mom in for a cut, Katie was great and did a fantastic job on my mom's hair. The staff was fun and friendly. I Highly recommend any locals to give this salon a try! Such a pleasant experience. ❤️

Today was my first visit there. I had a perm put in. Katie was professional and knowledgeable about what she was doing. Very friendly staff. Reasonable priced and clean.

I had my hair done for prom there a few years ago and it was amazing it took a long time but I got a costum half updo with clips I bought from hole and a French braid. I can’t post a picture but let me tell you, gorgeous!

This is the worst place I have ever taken my fiancé to get his haircut. First the lady looked like Cruella Deville. That should’ve been my first sign. He showed her a picture. And he told her exactly how he wanted it and she didn’t listen. She was extremely weird and wayyy too friendly with him physically. She said he had thick hair and stuck her tounge out and twirled her fingers together kind of like an evil person. Needless to say we were not at all happy with the the haircut nor the way she acted very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.
