Let me just say I have been getting things from Aaron’s in Norwich, NY for many years. However when we needed a new washer and dryer we decided to go to the Binghamton, NY store for them. Let me tell you right now we will never ever deal with Binghamton again! The store manager Mike is the rudest nasty person I have ever dealt with! He doesn’t like to let you talk when you are on the phone, he’s aggressively rude to customers, he tells you when they are coming to deliver things and not ask when it’s convenient for the customer. His communication absolutely sucks with customers, he doesn’t return calls and gets nasty when you call him again about an issue you have with your product you got from them. I really don’t think any of the workers communicate at all with each other cause none of them have any idea what’s going on with anything. If you don’t like your job or dealing with the public here’s an idea find a different job!

They have been Great with service and they work very well with the money that I make every month,,I'm glad that I have a great in-store credit with them,,,

I literally just ordered an item online that I haven't received yet which is fine I know I have to wait but I called the store to get some information and ask a few questions the woman that answered was very rude. She wouldn't let me finish talking kept interrupting me all she wanted to do was get me off the phone. I hope my experience is a lot better was I receive my item because I will not rent from them if that is the case.

I been a loyal customer of Aaron's for years now and I get treated and talked to by Mike the store manager in Binghamton ny I'm about to take my business elsewhere i had gotten a xbox x a couple weeks ago yesterday I was able to finally to set it up it didn't come with a controller and the console was scratched and he was very nasty to me today and told me to bring it back and I wasn't getting anything I don't recommend this guy being a manager the way he talks to customers and his attitude i wanna transfer everything to a different store i don't recommend anyone going to this Aaron's at all I do wanna talk to a district manager

Went to store and PAID for something. Told me it was going to be delivered the next day before 4 pm. I called the store multiple times and multiple different people told me my item would be delivered. Called back at 6 pm and general manager was the rudest. They didn't have the time to deliver my item today but multiple employees told me it was being delivered. I will NEVER go through this company again.

I picked out a used couch. They charged more than what it was worth but I expect that from this kind of store. It got delivered dirty. I vacuumed it all . Slept on it the first night and I had bites all over me. It had bedbugs! When I complained to the store thier solution was to give me a new couch for the same price. I was happy with that until they kept changing what I could pick out. We finally agreed on a couch and they are now charging me 2100 for a used couch. Without my permission. They just changed the price on me.
Scam artists is what they are.

Just a suggestion but, if you can not deliver on the day you are scheduled to for whatever reason,at least call the people scheduled to get deliveries and let them know. We have lives also. So we aren't waiting around all day.

The general manager at the store was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with! Screamed at me on the phone bc I’ve waited 3 days for delivery! “We don’t have the staff” , Sorry Mike not my fault ! Be honest dont promise it’ll be delivered and then either don’t return the call or be completely rude!! Cancelled my order “it’ll be my pleasure to cancel it!” Real nice you have a job bc of customers!!

Today i experience the worst act of disrespect for a human being in all my years of experience. We are helping a tenant with medical conditions and disability to get all her needs fill, this costumer has a bed from Aarons and want to return it cuz we get a medical positional bed that this person need due to medical conditions, aarons store agree to pick up the bed today, between 2 to 6pm, some employee show up early to pick it up buy as i been told went to the room stay there for like 15 minutes then tell tenant he will be back between 2 or 6pm is been 5:32pm at the tike of this review and we still waiting for them, let me start with invasion of privacy this employee took pictures of the mattress as i been told by family member (something I don’t think is right) and leave, when the significant other of tenant call the store they tell her she need to stay with bed and pay it no matter what because the bed is in bad shape which is not and also saids do not call anymore if is not the person onthe lease agreement they can talk about the account with her, when as far as i know this family member does everything for this person due to medical issues that compromised tenant health and as we still waiting for them tenant call the store and now change it for tomorrow from 3 to 6pm this store needs to shut down they are irresponsible and i have more information about this incident look like this behavior is cuz of some bad gossip from another person, it make this incident look like is personal and discriminatory, however the condition of the item is need to take it even if is broken.here is a pic of the mattress is in good shape

I went to browse for a living room set with my grandmother while I was having a look my grandmother calls me over and shows me a roach crawling on the wall the store manager and employee did not seem to surprised of our find. How disappointed I am that this facility only cares for the money and not concerned that they are willingly selling Funiture with pests…..this facility has no accountability. I hope this store shuts down.
