I hit a deer on Rt 88 between Unadilla and Oneonta, called about 9:30 Sunday PM, they came and picked up car and took to his yard, Monday afternoon they towed it to Gault Chevrolet collision, about 180 total miles, bill to insurance just for towing was $2200, seemed alittle excessive to me. Pleased with quick response.

America's best towing is an undeserved title for a company that's supposed to give assistance to motorists in need. Instead the dishonest owners are preying on unsuspecting drivers that happen to park at a corner lot at Lewis and State Steet in Binghamton . The lot signs are not posted properly and can not be seen especially when it gets dark.I drove 5 hours for my son's graduation and after celebrating his happy event at a local restaurant nearby I find out that my car was towed away the owners are cooks they demanded $400 to get my car back which I reluctantly had to pay, they ruined my family's day which was supposed to be a happy one. Stay away from this company and don't support their shady business..They should be banned to do business in Binghamton.

I would NOT recommend anyone with an AWD vehicle to use this company. Their driver was extremely incompetent. Anyone who drivers a wrecker knows that you use dollies to tow an AWD vehicle. If you don’t have dollies, you use a flat bed. Now thanks to their driver’s incompetence and not using dollies on the rear wheels, I have a vehicle with a ruined drivetrain. If you absolutely have no other choice but to use them, record the whole interaction because they will deny any wrong doing and say they did everything correctly when you try to file a claim for damages. Be there in person and record everything to save yourself the headache of having your vehicle ruined.Service: Car towing

Poor customer service. Very shady Didn't ask from the beginning of my accident where I wanted my vehicle to go . Pricing scale is outrageous in comparison to others in the area. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. All the people leaving good comments are friends of theirs.

I needed a tow on Thanksgiving day.... I am so happy that I decided to call Americas Best. Dennis and Austin were very professional. I had a bad day with a blown motor... but they made this bad day better by thier caring and understanding. Thank you.
