I would highly recommend Chenango supply co. to anyone. I recently purchased a zero turn mower here and everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful willing to do anything they can to help you with your purchase. They have great prices and a great selection in stock.

Customer relations is terrible. Had an agreed match price. Showed up for purchase and was told $110 over agreed match price. Was told to go spend my money elsewhere. I won't be going back. And someone else WILL get my $$$.

Happy Anniversary to me. 2 years waiting for warranty parts for my mower. I only spent around $4800 on Husqvarna equipment so I’m not a big customer so I don’t expect anything above what would be considered normal customer service . People are nice enough, but it’s results you look for. I really try to support local businesses but in this case I don’t think I can recommend Chenango Supply for anything. If you’re buying Husqvarna you may want to consider Power and Paddle in Candor, I’ve heard good things about them.

Great experience. The salesman Mike was knowledgeable and not pushy. Helped us find the best Bad Boy zero turn for our property. Plus they have a full shop in store for any warranty issues. Definitely recommend stopping in and seeing Mike.

Great business with helpful staff. I ran something over with my Husqvarna tractor and broke all kinds of stuff under the mower deck. I was expecting to go in and have them tell me they had to order all the parts. Low and behold, they had everything in stock. 10 minutes later I was out the door with everything I needed to get my tractor back up and running! Thank you.

The staff in repairs made every attempt to be helpful. I was buying a new bar & chain for my Husqvarna chainsaw. I thought I new exactly what I was after, but I was informed differently.Of course when I got home the bar wouldn't fit or tension properly. It would be premature to place the blame on the folks at CS. It my not be the correct sprocket cover for that saw. 2w

Dropped off my Husqvarna garden tractor to these guys about a week ago for the full service package. They did an excellent job, fires up quicker than when it was brand new! Honest, polite, dependable, good communication. Totally worth my time and money. Thanks guys!

Customer service sucks! Purchased a Husqvarna TS348XD from them in 2021. For $5000.00 Had mower deck issues, parts took a month. Made a suggestion and was laughed at! Might better buy a mower from Lowes, you would get the same satisfaction!

With such great review a little surprised by my experience. Call at the beginning of the week regarding price for work which the representive was supposed to follow up with me. Several days later no call back. So I thought no big deal and went in on Saturday to find that they closed before the scheduled time.
