“Came in with a badly tore up Toshiba Satellite. And I do mean tore up as in broken casing around screen and main body held together with tape. The clincher was the charging port had loosened to the point that it wouldn't charge or take power. Both the big time big stores said get another computer. Another one in the 607 area code made it sound all but impossible and prohibitively expensive. Robert of Black Sheep Computers immediately found a model on line in perfect shape but without a hard drive. Within 3 days it arrived and after about 20 minutes I had a basically brand new laptop for far less than I ever would have dreamed. With his practical mechanical knowledge and virtual knowledge , in any century but our own he might be regarded as a wizard. Any problems I ever have again I am confident he can fix. Plus he is an intelligent, no bs person to talk with. More stars if I could.”
