Nice towing service. AAA covered it - and they work really creative. Unfortunately something got slightly broken, while being towed - Dick's Garage immediately repaired it, but argued, that it wouldn't have been their fault. Still a recommendation!

AAA sent them to tow my car when the axle broke. Don't know the area so I went with the drivers suggestion and it ended up being a lot more expensive than the already greatly over inflated estimate. Could have gotten both axle replaced for what they charged but I was SOL on options when my car was stuck there.

I called because I locked ny keys in my truck. The gentleman who awnsered was snotty from the jump. I explained to him that I needed to get my keys out and he rudly stated its going to be like 75 bucks I stated thats fine im willing to pay that, he stated well I cant do it unless you tell me what the vehicle is. I asked for a manager as his tone was getting high and he hung up on me. I couldnt believe the customer service after that I wont recommend to anyone.

Sad that the only other 1 star review is hidden...short and simple these guys are scummy. As a AAA priemer member I always assumed the shops reccommended are top tier, I assumed wrong. After my car was incapacitated i had it towed to dicks to get repairs. Once the diagnosis came, and with insurance only covering a minor portion of the repairs, i decided to forgoe the repairs altogether. At this point I was told that I would have to pay storage fees for the days that the car was there (around 500$). Never was i told of storage fees. Never. And plus having AAA alows me to tow the car nearly anywhere for free (so why would i ever tow it to a place that charges storage?!)...this was a voluntary tow, and the only reason i towed it to their shop is i figured i would be nice and throw them some buiseness on the repairs. Guess not! These guys returned the favor by trying to screw me over. The only good guys in this story are AmEx who voided the charge...apparently this shop has had some previous complaints. Avoid these nickle n dimers if you can!

I decided to give Dick's a try when I needed to get a couple of flats repaired. They were able to take me right away, find the puncture, and fix the tire while I waited. I was in and out in just a few minutes. The price was right, and the service was excellent. The gentleman who did the work and rang me up was very friendly, and seemed like a really awesome guy. I'll definitely be using Dick's again.

Great, amazing place. The employees are amazingly friendly and humorous. I went here to get my doors repaired and I expected to stand or sit there bored for a few hours. The work was done quick and throughout the entire time, I stood there having the most humorous conversations with them. Ask for Jeff or Dave, those two are good people. Price was really decent, not too expensive and not cheap either. overall good place.
