This the most ghetto Dollar General i have ever been to. The employees (at least the night time ones I encountered)were loud, rude and unhelpful. They apparently can't retrieve in stock items from the back without a manager and blame the app for the 5 dollar Saturday promo not working when I have never had these problems at any other binghamton locations or Whitney Point or down in georgia.

Don't go there if racism bothers you, favoritism or just plain rude cashiers. Because the one on Court St is all that. I stood in line for 13 minutes when in walks a young man who decided to cut the line and ignore everyone who raised an objection to the same race cashier. I left immediately before someone said something they could not take back. What kind of society has our younger generation become. I'm 60 and treated everyone the same, the best way I was shown how to by my parents, my entire life. I was saddened more than angered. I fought in a war for someone who needed someone else to fight for them, I still have zero regrets in life, but I will never go back to that store

Store is always neat and clean. Staff is wonderful....
The location is horrible....

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before walking away from the register. Watch your items being scanned, especially items like 12 packs of soda on sale.
I was charged for 10 packs of soda, instead of 9, resulting in about a $9 overcharge. I went in the following day as I needed to purchase something I forgot and figured I would inquire on the overcharge. I waited 15 minutes for a (miserable) manger, just to be told that she had to review camera footage before processing a refund, and couldn't because someone was doing a training in the room with the camera system. She took my receipt, my phone number, promised a call by the end of the day. I cant say I've ever had to have a store "review camera footage" for an overcharge. I never received a call. Treating customers like criminals over a cashiers inability to count is unacceptable. I could care less about the $9... but the way this was handled warrants a warning to others.

Tight isles small store. Got screwed out of 6 bucks and change today because cashier didn't give me a receipt. Children's cold mede ine was leaking all over inside a sealed box. Now I'm out the money and medicine I neededSeriously need to inspect everything here obviously. Most likely won't return to this location.

This use to be my favorite location, the store is dirty it was closed for weeks this last summer due to the ac then the past few weeks closed due to heating system. I went in the other day it smelled horrible I couldn’t even shop I left and went to another location. It’s crazy how I have to go out my area to stores cause the ones near me are dirty. You can’t even walk thru the isles cause they having thing blocking the path at times.
