My first appointment was great the staff were super helpful got me my trial contacts and fit me in for training so I didn't have to drive another 2 hours the next day for them to watch me put them in and take them out. The next week I was to come back to finalize my prescription I got sick and had some family issues ontop of it so I missed my appointment. I've been trying to get ahold of someone to reschedule for weeks! I've been on hold for more than 30 mins at a time and never am able to reach anyone to help! I did get through to someone at a call center that handles 700 locations and she was very nice said she would sent a memo to the office to have them call me and still no call back. She also told me if they don't answer within the first 2 minutes to hang up and try again because then it gets forwarded to the call center. So for 2 hours now ice been calling and doing the whole process of hanging up after 2 mins. Still haven't talked to a real person except that 1 lady yesterday!! I've already paid for a 6 month supply of contacts well iver $150 and its been weeks! So frustrating! Again love the staff when I was there but this call system is HORRIBLE!

I've been using Visionworks for years and they used to be a good company. Apparently they have decided that customer service is no longer a priority as they have made it impossible to reach anyone at the physical location or talk to a person on a phone or chat. They instead pawn you off on a laughably stupid digital assistant which is always a complete waste of time. In order to get an answer to a simple question, my only option is to actually drive to their location and ask them in person. Is this 2023? Can we not figure out how phones work? Now they screwed up my most recent prescription and it's causing me major vision issues and I can't even get a hold of someone to talk about it. Sounds like it's time to bring my business elsewhere.Update: I see that there is a response to my comment. Thank you for providing me the same 800 number that I mention above. How about you provide an actual phone number to your physical store on front st? Do that and I will change my review. Until then, it stays as is.

I always have a very good experience, staff is terrific and happy with my eyewear. However when trying to call the store, the corporate automated phone system cuts in and that is extremely frustrating and annoying. I’d give that system 2 stars. It’s not just an eyewear store but a medical facility as well. Please (remove that automated system ) let us speak to the staff and doctor at the store we call.

Lisa was great. Very helpful and patient. Only problem I had was that the selection of frames didn't seem to have exactly what I would have wanted, but that might just have been me. I guess you can only offer what manufacturers have available.

I've been trying to reach a human on the phone for about an hour now. I'm so sick and tired of these automated systems. I have a simple question that would take just a few moments to answer. If it wasn't due to this being the place I have to use because of work having a contract with them, I'd leave them in my rear view mirror with no remorse!

I was early for my appointment, but no waiting time as staff got started with me immediately. Staff was extremely knowledgeable about insurance and what is generally covered. All options were explained and all of my questions were answered with ease. I even had assistance choosing glasses that were best suited for me. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience! Thank you!!

Had my eyes checked got new glasses and sunglasses.after having then for a little while went back and told them having trouble with seeing .so they changed my prescription on my regular glasses and told me to bring in my sunglasses when I picked up my regular glasses and they would change the prescription in then also no charge because at the time I did not have them 100 days so went back took my sunglasses and they said I would have to pay for them.so I paid over $300 for sunglasses I can't use because they don't seem to remember what they tell people and it was the manager that said at the time they would change them at no charge. So he lied to.

You can't reach customer service by phone. It's an automated system that sends you in circles and no one answers the phone at this office.

A+ experience! They were prompt and courteous, very personable & explained everything well. I dealt with 3 different people during the process (preliminary checks/measurements, eye exam & ordering lenses) and felt like each took a personal interest in my care. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Patient, friendly, caring, and relaxed staff and atmosphere!! Nobody rushed me picking out glasses either. Super staff!!

The employee's are friendly and kind, respectful, etc. They make a very comfortable environment. My only issue was some confusion due to insurance and their updated system, seems like files get confused/communication isn't always clear, but they still work to get everything figured out in the end. I absolutely recommend them.

Great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The doctor was very thorough. The exam was different than what I've had in the past and she even recommended that I not purchase glasses until I've had further tests. She could have just scheduled the test and not mention anything about waiting. I thought her doing that was looking out for the customer.

The staff was very courteous and efficient and the service was excellent. I didn't have to spend a lot of time to complete the examination and pick the frames I wanted. Although when I scheduled the appointment I wasn’t able to get the appointment in the near future it was worth the wait.

Made an appointment online as u could never get through to a human to make appointments for the family. My appointment was scheduled for 9:20. I arrived at 9 and was told that their first appointment was late and they'd try to swap appointments. 2 minutes before my actual appointment the first appointment showed up and they took them!! I didn't get called back until 10:08. Finished my exam at 10:24 and now I'm back to sitting and waiting on someone to place my eyeglass order. Spent another 15 minutes with that and out at 10:40. Ridiculous

Terrible place don't go here. They do it all virtual now wich requires you to press your face and eyes against a machine to be scanned, well they don't clean them because I walked away with pink eye that cost me $400!! Place is a total joke find some where that does in person exams
